PUBLIC HEARINGS ON ESKOMS REGULATORY CLEARING ACCOUNT (RCA) APPLICATION THIRD MULTI-YEAR PRICE DETERMINATION (MYPD3) YEAR 1 (2013/14)

The National Energy Regulator (NERSA) will hold public hearings in all provinces on Eskoms RegulatoryClearing Account (RCA) application for the first year of the MYPD3 (2013/14) from 18 January to 05 February2016.

Eskom submitted its RCA application for consideration by the Energy Regulator on 10 November 2015.

The public hearings will be held as follows:
