Actions -Inova+ send to partners a draft of the Network code of ethics and statutory documents – 30 of May 2008

- Partners make comments till 13 of June

- Final version prepared by Inova+ till 30 of June

- Inova+ will send a template for individual mid-term reports – 30 of May

- All partners send individual mid-term reports to coordinator, 15 days before the report deadline

- Inova+ collect individual contributions from partners and compose the report final version

- 1 General meeting will be organized per year (efforts will be made to organize the GM during the International Events)

Actions -Each individual member of the network will identify 3 best practices from their own portfolio (eTEN or others) or from exterior sources (3*14= 42 best practices) – Sept 2008

- Inova+ prepare a best practices TEMPLATE that should be ready to give training to Network members – 30 May 2008

- Best practices should be presented in 10 to 20 pages maximum (slide/description)

- at least 15 best practices should be from Micro-electronics, microsystems and embedded systems

- each partner (or group of partners if on from the same country) will identify per country 50 SMEs (8*50= 400) using Inova+ template (simple A4 page) – Sept 2008

Actions -Training Sessions:- Plan the first 3 trainings – host organization; possible dates; half a day training (4 hours of training);

- Per training session a minimum of 20 SMEs (from the 50 target group) should attend + the network members (a minimum of 4 members should represent Net-Share)

- 9 trainings – we have 14 partners and 8 countries, meaning that one country will organize 2 events

- 1 in PT; 1 IE; 1 DE; 1 BG; 1 LT; 1 SP = 6 events

- Since we have 3 Italian partners and 3 Greek partners, one of these countries will host 2 training sessions;

- Minimum number of international meetings year for partner – 3

-Agenda – EC ICT policies (FP7/CIP/i2010/others); 10 Best practices presentation (15 min each); open debate

- Inova+ will build a draft of the “Plan for dissemination” on Sep 2008 – the objective is to use it in all dissemination activities
