THE
GRANT PROCESS.......APPROACH too few applications....too few jargon free or plain worded ...gobledegook <–> too little time, too wide a canvas.....bigger and fewer and longer ....sharper focus...on what?
Questions we wrestle with....
CONFLICT - OUR LACK OF UNDERSTANDING/EXPERTISE of ISSUE ....bats and beavers at the tactical level .....nuclear versus wind at the strategic....science of carbon emissions bewildering.....bright 10 year old
FLASH TO BANG... TOO LONG........too many issues require a very long term approach....results take too long...lose the thread.....as does the public at large......attention span and urgency issue...pr media or what??Action not explained simply or intravenous
