Customers always get ongoing support in-app, through email, and on the phone from the Customer Solutions team. Customers can also attend daily office hours and training sessions as often as they l ike including beyond the onboarding peri od.

BY WEEK TWO

•Data Import

•Export data from old system

•Organize and tidy up in a .csv file

•Sel f-import data or send to data import team (~4 week turnaround)

•Optional data consultation*

•Sign up for an online training to orient yourself and your colleagues to the system

BY WEEK THREE

•1:1 meeting with Customer Success Manager

• Walk through of key features

•Create Fundraising Page and link on

website & give test donation

•Work on “homework” moving towards final steps for set up

BY WEEK SIX

•Data import complete

•Review data and sign off on data import

•Clean any duplicate records

•Create filters for reporting needs

•1:1 meeting with Customer Success Manager to wrap up outstanding questions as needed*

•Send an email blast

•Send out acknowledgements to donors who

recently donated

•Attend office hours (offered M-F) for ongoing help
