ORDERS

1. Orders can be sent by fax, email, or ordinary or certificated

mail.2. Orders are sent with standard tools and fittings. Different

elements have to be specified in the order.3. Once the order received, Nevaluz® reserves the right to

accept or refuse any modification or cancellation request.

LOGISTICS

1. Delivery of pallets: Knowing that all orders are delivered Ex-Works, the customer is responsible of the choice of the freight forwarder that has to load and deliver the goods. nevaluz® will always inform the customer of the details required for the transport reservation.

2.Delivery of pallets: As a favor, nevaluz®can organize transport. In this case, the freight cost will always be charged to thecustomer, without any profit for nevaluz®. However nevaluz®disclaims all responsibility regarding damages caused to thematerial after its production.

3.Delivery of pallets: The customer is fully responsible ofdamages caused to the goods after its production (from loadingonto the truck), though nevaluz® has organized transport (oncustomer’s request).

RECEPTION OF GOODS

1. The customer is responsible for checking that the deliveredgoods are in good conditions. In case of any breakage,deterioration or any other failure of the packaging, the customerhas to advise the freight forwarder in charge directly, andmention the breakage on the matching delivery note. He has45h to advise Nevaluz® of the breakage and send the goodsback. If the customer doesn't act this way, neither the freightforwarding agency nor Nevaluz® will be responsible.

2. We advise the customer to check all the material beforeforwarding them.

3. Freight costs of returned material will be at the customer’sexpenses.

PAYMENT TERMS

The customer has to provide his full bank details and is responsible for consequences of any mistake on details supply. Invoices below 300€ are due within 30 days.

2.BANK TRANSFER WITHOUT BANKER’S ORDER : Thecustomer is responsible of all problems that might occur. Invoices below 300€ are due within 30 days. In case of return, Nevaluz® reserves the right to charge 10% of the main amount (according to prejudices), bank and notarial (and similar) charges. Furthermore, Nevaluz® can suspend deliveries of new or pending orders until full refund of the due amount.

WARRANTY

1. All Nevaluz® products are always one-year-guaranteed,provided their use is appropriate. The warranty isn’t provided neither for the products that have been manipulated by the customer or a third party, nor the products that aren’t matched to an official invoice. Nevaluz® reserves the right to analyse by its own means the way its products have been used. 2. The guarantee covers the material exclusively.

CLAIMS

1. The customer will advise Nevaluz® of the type of incidentby mentioning the order or invoice number; 2. Nevaluz® will analyse the incident and will inform thecustomer about the procedure to follow; 3. Nevaluz® will charge all spare parts delivered;4. The customer can sent material back within a maximumdelay of 3 months; 5. Returns delivered by other freight forwarding agenciesthan the ones required by Nevaluz® are refused; 6. Once the returned material checked, Nevaluz® willproceed to the incident's resolution..

REPAIRS

1. Nevaluz® repairs its own products only, which date ofmanufacture doesn't date from more than 3 years; 2. Freight costs of spare parts needed for repair will becharged to the customer (unless the material is still covered by the guarantee).

SPECIAL WORKS OF PRODUCTS

1. Special works that are not listed in our pricelists, thatrequire a special treatment (or which components require a special treatment), or that alter the product's manufacturing components according to the customer's requirement, are considered as special works; 2. We advise the customer to check special observations foreach product and to ask for a quotation before confirmation of the order; 3. Profiles in special RAL colors are charged at the sameprices as wood finish profiles, with a price increase of 157€ for EACH ORDER below 150lm. 4.
