NEW: Absentee Bidding

We would love to have you join us at the 4th Annual Country In The Hills dinner/dance fundraiser on Saturday, September 1st, but if you can’t attend, you can still participate in the excitement of the auctions.

For the first time, we are opening up the auctions early! We have many wonderful items in our silent and live auctions and here is your chance to get in on the action.

Here is how it works…- Browse through the silent and live auction items.- Select the items you would like. On the provided bid sheet, record the item

number and brief description of each item. - Decide your bid value for each item and fill out the bid sheet. If another

absentee bid is received that exceeds your bid on the same item, your bid will be dropped. You will not be contacted if you have been “out-bid” so please submit your highest bid. Only the highest absentee bid per item will be recorded on the night of the auction. The highest absentee bidder will be the first bidder on each item at our stated starting bid. Throughout the night we will bid for you by increments of $5 and will bid up to your limit that you have submitted.

- Place your absentee bids. All bid sheets must be turned in to Melanie Stocking at [email protected] by Friday, August 30th. You will get a confirmation email.

- After the auctions are complete, you will be notified if you were the winning bidder for any item. Items will be available for pick up at California Outdoor Properties the following week and payment will be due upon pick-up (cash or checks only).

2003 / Oak Knoll District / Magnum

This wine has aged well & still has time left in it. Dark purple, it gives off aromas of eucalyptus, earth, dark fruits & nutmeg. It tastes of black berries, black currants, mint & nutmeg. The wine has just enough acidity, it is still fairly tannic and has a solid structure.

L17 Goosecross Cellars Aeros Napa Valley Meritage 2006 / Magnum

Remarkably hedonistic blend of Estate grapes (60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Petit Verdot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 8% Merlot, 8% Malbec). It is a mouthfilling symphony of black cherry, wild strawberry, ripe plum, and dusty mocha with a hint of tobacco and supple, polished tannis. Only 284 cases were produced.
