What is MYHOME?
The MYHOME system helps a tenant complete standard functions without very much technical experience. MYHOME has been evolving to make the user experience more friendly and will continue to evolve as time goes on. Any updates will be made public on SUPPORT PAGE FOR CUSTOMERS

MYHOME PART 2 - NEXTGO BACK!
What is MYHOME Part 2 Some of our rental units include speciality buttons that are unique to a certain theme. An example of this is our ‘Retreat” Theme where a customer has the option to change their scene or the ground. This gives the customer an option to mix and match different designs with any house. Also its important you remember houses, scenes and grounds rezzed directly from the MYHOME system are considered free to use and will not count towards our customers prim usage.
Conclusion. The MYHOME system is your number #1 selling point. It is very completely custom and gives us a competitive edge over any other rental company. Please make sure you always stay up to date with the information documented on SUPPORT PAGE FOR CUSTOMERS

Time to time you will be contacted by customers that you will not be able to assist.. Don’t feel bad not everyone can do everything! In a situation where you can not help, simply let that customer know in a friendly way that they can esclate a request using http://www.balanvi.com/help so that someone with more access to MYHOME can look investigate.
The help form covers all sorts of situations that we consider “Routine” and even includes the “Other” option in the event something isn’t listed. Usually all support requests are looked at within 24 hours. Please have a quick look at the “Routine” options listed in the help form to gain a better of what might be out of your control.
EARNING INCOME - COINSWe developed a system that enables our agentsto make sales and get paid automatically!
1. STAFF COINS - When a customer pays for the first time a coin appears. This coin has a value equivalent to 50% of the customers first payment. You must have the employee group tag active or you will fail the verification process and not be able to claim any staff coins. Its also important to know thata coin disappear exactly one hour after being created.

2. STAFF ATM - Our staff ATM will allow you to withdrawal your commissions after a 14 day hold period. You will also be able to check your balance anytime. Funds that are frozen vs available will be presented separately.

Educating customers on Shared media is an important part of our job because a large percentage of older residents still haven't made the transition yet. Shared Media is a new feature introduced with Viewer 2. It's more powerful and flexible than the older parcel media, letting you put Internet content on any prim surface you can change, with new browser-like controls, and without the land restrictions. This means shared media tv’s do not need to be deeded which is a major security issue for group owned land. Unfortunately parcel media cannot be divided vertically so customers are regularly confused or hesitant to certain change. The fact is Shared media has million x more content than any parcel media tv and the advantages run deep. We do not deed objects to the group under any circumstance.

SHARED MEDIA PART TWOShared media is naturally a little more advanced and customers may encounter a learning curve at first.
1. Requirements ( V2 Viewer and above )+
Customers using older third party viewers tend to run into compatibility issues. This is because their viewers do not include support for shared media so therefore it is impossible it will work for them unless they upgrade to a newer viewer that is at least V2
2. Plugins ( flash, quicktime, etc )

How to make sales?There is no secret to making sales however with the right tools anyone can do it. Everyone has their own expertise and methods so we strongly encourage all employees to think outside the box and be creative. As long as you stay within the Terms of Service then the grid is really the limit ( unless you think outside the grid ).
POPULAR WAYS TO MAKE A TARGETED SALE
1. Hang out at one of our in-world sales points where customers frequent. ( Main store )
2. Make friends with the customers of our competitors. In most cases once you educate the benefits of our service and the deep savings possible it is unlikely they will not switch switching to Balanvi.
3. Hang out at popular destinations that noobies frequent ! Usually if you are the first point of contact with a new SL resident and you provide them assistance with general newbie questions you will easily build trust, make friends and make sales!.
