SShhrrii BBaallrraajj SSiinngghh JJaammwwaall ((RRaajjaa JJii)) son of late Thakur Baj Singh was born on30th April, 1960 in village Gurha Chhabilian, (old Gurha) Jammu. He had onebrother and one sister. His father was a land lord and also doing service inGovernment Press.

He completed his plus two and started his own business. He got married to SmtTripta Jamwal daughter of Shri Kousal Singh - a freedom fighter and an INAsoldier, resident of Domana, Jammu on 20th September, 1991. He had one sonand one daughter who are still pursuing their studies. His son is in the last yearof BCA while his daughter is in BA part I.

He was an active BJP worker while his wife was District Vice President of BJPMahila Wing Jammu. He was an influential person of the ward and carried outlot of developmental works. He was very helpful to the poor and needy people.

He breathed his last on 4th May, 2016 due to multiple organ failure being dia-betic. He is survived by his wife, one son and one daughter. May God give eter-nal peace to the departed soul and courage to the family members to bear thisirreparable loss.
