New Build-to-Suit in the Works for Quest Resource Mgmt. Dallas-based development firm Billingsley Co. has begun work on a new build-to-suit for Quest Resource Holding Corp. subsidiary, Quest Resource Management Group, within the 1,700-acre Austin Ranch park in The Colony, TX, just north of Dallas. The 36,000-square-foot, single-story development will house the headquarters for Quest Resource Management, a waste management and sustainability services company. Quest will have the option to expand the building in the future to accommodate potential growth. Quest's new headquarters is being constructed on Plano Pky. and will be the second of three office buildings on a site that Billingsley Co. has dubbed Old Oak Pond, which will also house the new regional headquarters for Japanese electronics company, Sanyo.

Steve Wentz of Cushman Wakefield negotiated the lease on behalf of Quest. Construction on theproject is slated to conclude September 2015.
