RE: Pharmacy Change4Life with Disney ’10 minute shake up’ Campaign: August 2019
Physical activity is a priority area for the NHS and Public Health, and so the Change4Life with Disney ’10 minute shake ups’ is a key public health campaign across Cambridgeshire & Peterborough for 2019/20. Cambridgeshire County Council Public Health and the Local Pharmaceutical Committee encourage Healthy Living Pharmacies to consider supporting it. This campaign will run during August 2019.
The Public Health Team at Cambridgeshire County Council has produced a pack to enable you to take part in this campaign. The pack contains the following:
Campaign Guidance Key Messages Campaign materials – 10 x Change4life take home games packs, 2 x A4 Change4Life
poster, 1 x A3 poster
