Streamlining is a major benefit to those who have multiple certifications

By making PSP recertification requirement three years, it reduces uncertainty about expiration dates

What about lapse policy?

The policy for reinstating a certification after one year of lapse remains the same

All recertification programs now have the same three-year recertification term.

CPP, PCI, and PSP RecertificationCPP, PCI, and PSP Recertification

Separate recertification forms are needed for CPP, PSP and PCI recertification

This is true even if some or all of your activities qualify for credit under more than one certification

Recertification Activities

Remain the Same

Certificants can earn their credits by using a combination of both education and volunteer activities, ensuring that the latter accounts for no more than 50% percent of their total CPP credit submission
