For satellite offices, the orientation will be conducted with a conference call. The HSC will review any training needs with your immediate Supervisor. Upload the completed form to <My Courses> in Link HERE. The HSC met with new employee and employee’s supervisor to provide information on job description and inclusion into the H&S HAZWOPER Program. Yes N/A The new employee or HSC provided previous HAZWOPER training certificates to Training Administrator (TA) to enter in the Human Resource Self Service (HRSS). If the new hire requires HAZWOPER training (e.g., 40/8/supervisor, etc.), the HSC will discuss and coordinate appropriate classes, schedules, etc. with the H&S Department. After completion of HAZWOPER training, the supervisor has arranged three (3) days of supervised field experience in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(3)(i), and will be documented on Certification of Supervised Field Experience form.
