Its incomparable optics deliver precise, clear and razor- sharp pictures. The Comfort Balance System ensures it always fits your hand perfectly. The NighthunterXP 8x44 or 10x44 has an exit pupil area up to 25% greater than comparable competitive products and therefore possesses an enormous light reserve for twilight. A close-focus range of 2 metres means you always have everything in view.

The convenient handling of the 8x44 and 10x44 Nighthunterxp models is aided by their open, extremely light and stable construction. You therefore always have one hand free to quickly respond to unforeseen situations.

In the further development of the NighthunterXP 8x56, we set ourselves the goal of finding out the secrets of the night hunter. We have uncompromisingly united fundamental characteristics such as the highest possible light transmission, perfect carrying comfort, excellent robustness and long-term reliability in these hunting binoculars. For only the perfect synergy of all these factors gives the hunter the ultimate advantage at the decisive moment.

The result of this exacting development work is the new NighthunterXtreme 8x56.

These night binoculars, due to the completely novel Diamond-Night-Coating, give previously unattainable light transmission over the entire colour spectrum. You will see, even at night or in the twilight, completely clear and bright images that have before now not been possible. Thanks to the Sports-Auto-Focus, the image remains crystal-clear from 20 m to infinity – without refocusing. A big advantage, especially at night. STEINER High-Definition XP-Optik with Diamond-Night-Coating:

STEINER has, in developing the completely new diamond night coating technology, developed optics specifically for hunting that set new standards. The utilisation and combination of rare fluorides and other minerals gives previously unattainable light transmission over the entire spectrum of light. Images are razor-sharp with maximum contrast – right to the edge. Contours are always clear-cut and plainly visible, with light scatter cut to a minimum. These factors guarantee best viewing results even in the worst light conditions.

STEINER ErgoFlex eyecups:

This Innovative system offers the greatest possible observation comfort and depen- dable protection against incidental light from the side as well as from wind and draughts. The ErgoFlex eyecups are made from non-irritating and non-ageing silicon, which gives a naturally comfortable feeling when worn and which, moreover, by simply folding down can be used in three carrying variants:

1. Ergonomic – for ideal conformity to the shape of the face.2. Cylindrical – as a classic setting variant.3. Setting especially for spectacle wearers.

STEINER Sports-Auto-Focus:

The STEINER Sports-Auto-Focus makes handling particularly comfortable. Unless you wear glasses, simply adjust the two setting rings on the eyecups to „0“ for razor-sharp images – from 20 metres to infinity.

Extreme ruggedness:

The lightweight high-tech housing of the NighthunterXtreme gives unparalleled stability and shock resistance. The use of temperature-resistant and corrosion-free polycarbonate Makrolon®, as well as the floating prism mounting, plays a decisive role here.

STEINER High-Definition XP-Optics:

High-tech phase correction delivers precise detailed reso- lution and true-colour images. The roof prism system of the NighthunterXP includes a specially developed dielectric mirror, which reflects up to 99% of incoming light. The dielectric mirror also lengthens the life of the coating. This excludes deterioration across the years, as happens with conventional binoculars. The above-average objective diameter of 44 mm guarantees bright, detailed and brilliant images.

STEINER Twist-Up Eyecups:

The ergonomic twist-up eyecups offer optimum protection against incidental light from the side as well as against wind and draughts. They do not just block out troublesome reflections, but also deliver an extremely bright and vivid image. The three eyecup positions give an ergonomic position, a classic cylindrical position, and a position for people who wear glasses. STEINER Fast-Close-Focus:

Just touch the central focusing wheel with your finger to immediately see details with absolute sharpness. The Fast-Close Focus system means you will no longer waste time fiddling about with the focusing wheel. With a near focus area of 2 m, the NighthunterXP very conveniently permits perfect focusing at different distances.

Extreme ruggedness:

The high pressure-injected cast housing withstands the hardest use. The materials used not only guarantee the housing is extremely shockproof, but also minimise the weight of the binoculars. In addition, they permit a very compact design.

STEINER ComfortGrip:

Uniquely comfortable handling guaranteed by the ComfortGrip System from STEINER. This new, ergonomically optimised surface technology based on NBR combines grip, comfort and longevity in an ideal manner. The extremely soft Technogel® thumb depressions give a sure, incomparable and comfortable grip, preventing premature fatigue and thus permit a considerably longer observing time. In the NighthunterXtreme models, the gripping zones are also fitted with contact ribs, further improving the feel and giving a surer and more relaxed grip.

STEINER Nano-Protection®:

Unmatched clear vision is offered by STEINER’s tried and tested Nano-Protection®. This provides the lenses with a dirt and water-repellent finish, thus protecting them from aggressive environmental influences. Rain, snow and moisture just disappear from view. Cleaning is far easier, while stubborn dirt becomes a thing of the past. The ultra-fine hydrophobic coating on the objective and ocular lens is extremely rugged and ensures your binoculars will deliver high-contrast, brilliant images for years to come.

STEINER Nitrogen Pressure System:

Fogging-up or the formation of condensation inside the binoculars is ruled out with this high-tech solution. Temperature fluctuations from -40° to +80°C will not affect your binoculars. Thanks to our valve technology, servicing is possible at any time, even after many years. Your binoculars will be ready for action at any moment, however bad the weather. NBR-Longlife Rubber Armouring:

This specially developed chemical formula is not only extremely rugged, but also ensures a very good grip, whether in heat, cold or rain. The rubber armouring resists oil, acid, salt water or chemicals and makes your STEINER binoculars even more rugged. Moreover, it also prevents irritating noises.

STEINER ClicLoc Belt Attachment:

STEINER’s clever ClicLoc Strap System makes sure your binoculars are always firmly secured – yet can be easily detached and re-attached with a single action in no time.

The ocular rain protection cover that comes with the binoculars is completely waterproof and prevents contamination by rain or dust. It is made of neoprene or plastic depending on the model. The scope of supply also includes lens covers and a high-quality case.

STEINER Comfort Carrying System (optional accessory):

Relieves neck and back muscles when carried for a longer period. Due to the ergonomic shape it is especially comfortable and the binoculars remain safely attached to the belt thanks to the ClicLoc Strap System. For a comfortable carrying feeling during extended observations.

We have developed our versatile RangerPro models for demanding hunters with differing requirements. They set completely new standards in their class when it comes to outstanding optics with a wide field of view, ruggedness and comfort from roof-prism binoculars for the professional huntsman. These compact and powerful hunting binoculars offer a unique close-up range. They are also incredibly rug-ged thanks to a housing made of extremely tough plastic that was originally designed for space travel.

All that at a very affordable price. But the progressive design of our RangerPro series is not only bound to impress with its styling – it also stands out due to superlative handling features such as the thumb depressions and NBR rubber armouring featuring a „scaly“ profiled surface. This ensures the binoculars are especially secure and comfortable to use, even over long periods.

RangerPro 8x56: The special binoculars for hunting at night or in low light.

The RangerPro 8x56 is our low-cost special model for active nighttime hunting. Its superb optics, combined with high luminosity, means that it offers all features of professional binoculars, particularly when out hunting in difficult light conditions.

The improved depth of focus and colour contrast make spotting and identifying game possible, even when the light is poor. The use of special eco-glass and its higher light refraction guarantees better reflection in the prism. A difference you can’t fail to see.

RangerPro 8x32

The RangerPro 10x42 is the ideal companion when active hunt-ing is intended. Besides the benefits of the RangerPro models already mentioned, these handy and compact binoculars quickly deliver razor-sharp images, particularly over long distances. This is primarily achieved by their outstanding optics combined with high-quality lens coatings. In addition, the phase-corrected roof prisms ensure bright, clear and high-contrast images with excellent colour reproduction. An unprecedented level of precision for optical adjustment was achieved during development of the RangerPro models through the use of new materials offering much greater rigidity. However much you move, you won‘t lose sight of your target.

The RangerPro 8x42 is especially suited for hunting until twi-light whilst offering all product benefits of its big brother, the 10x42.

Our hunting programme is rounded off by the compact, lightweight stalking binoculars RangerPro 8x32. They have been especially designed for daytime applications and are valued by many hunters as the perfect backup binoculars for spontaneous usage.

STEINER High-Contrast Optics:

Fast and more accurate identification of game hiding in its natural environment is guaranteed by our High-Contrast Optics. The good depth of focus and improved colour contrast offered by the RangerPro series has been achieved by the use of an eco-glass free of heavy metals. The higher light refraction ensures better reflection in the prism, so delivering above- average image quality.

In addition, the tried and tested silver surface refinement of the phase-corrected roof prisms ensure bright, clear and high-contrast images with excellent colour reproduction. The optical system is thus designed to deliver especially high contrast values for night vision to make targeting game easier in the dark.

Superb field of view:

You will enjoy a superb field of view thanks to the sophisticated optical design of the RangerPro series. The RangerPro models offer excellent results when compared with competitor products from the same class. This means you will have a clear view of everything when out hunting.

Our new NBR-Longlife rubber armouring, featuring a “scaly” profiled surface, is resistant to oil, acid or other weather conditions so you won’t ever lose your grip. The rubber armouring also ensures these binoculars are very quiet. Even when you are on long trips, the comfortable thumb depressions prevent you from feeling tired whatever the situation. With the RangerPro you’ll always have a firm grip on things no matter whether it is hot, cold or raining

Rugged construction with high levels of functionality:

The entire series of RangerPro models has been designed using a new, fibre-glass reinforced high-performance plastic material. This offers maximum resistance to mechanical stresses in comparison to usual commercially available plastics, ensuring that the optics of the RangerPro binoculars are especially well protected

An unprecedented level of precision for optical adjustment has also been achieved here. The innovative high-tech material used for the housing offers much greater rigidity, making it particularly resistant to outside influences such impacts or chemicals. When combined with the Nitrogen Pressure System and water pressure proofing to 3 metres, you can rely on your RangerPro model being especially durable and low-maintenance.

Functional and ergonomic twist-up eyecups:

Even if you wear glasses, the twist-up eyecups fitted to the RangerPro series offer all hunters convenient adjustment in three positions. These eyecups are made of soft silicon that is kind to the skin. Their ergonomic design offers pro-tection from irritating incidental light from the side.

Fast-Close-Focus with best near focus in its class:

Fast, reliable focusing even when you’re got thick gloves on? No problem with the RangerPro extra-large focusing wheel! Even in cold weather you will be able to focus quickly and reli- ably. The look of this wheel blends in perfectly with the pro- gressive design of the RangerPro models, combining functio- nality with modern styling.

ClicLoc Belt Attachment:

STEINER’s clever ClicLoc Strap System makes sure your binoculars are always firmly secured – yet can be easily detached and re-attached with a single action in no time.

The standard accessories supplied with the RangerPro models include a case, lens covers which are inserted under the objectives so preventing them from getting lost, a neoprene rain hood as well as a connection for a tripod. These accessories are rounded off by a padded, non-slip neoprene strap that is kind to the skin.
