海洋用管的新宠- 高强度可焊接的 X90-X100 无缝管线 在以往的无缝管线管标准中,如 API 5L(美国石油协会标准)制定的无缝管线管的最高强度为 X80(屈服强度下限为 555MPa),几乎没有强度更高的无缝管线管的实用例子。一般说来,随 着强度的提高,会担心母材及圆周焊接部的韧性会下降。因此,为使母材同时达到高强度、 高韧性和具有良好的圆周焊接性,必须开发新的钢管材质。另外,顶张力立管起着将井口和 海上平台直接连接起来,保护生产流体流通管子的作用,因此要求其必须具有抵御海浪和海 潮冲击的抗疲劳特性。为解决上述问题,新日铁开发了管线管和上升管用 X90-X100 高强度 无缝钢管。 新日铁开发的的高强度可焊接的 X90-X100 无缝管线管通过合金设计既确保了母材强度,又 确保了韧性,同时通过降低 C 含量改善了焊接部韧性,因此满足了包括圆周焊接性在内的 性能要求。 钢管的外径和壁厚分别为 323.9mm 20.0mm。为评价圆周焊接部的特性,对整个焊接金属 部进行了拉伸试验、维氏硬度试验、CVN 试验和 CTOD 试验。试验表明,在 HAZ 中看成 不到明显的硬化。将 X90 钢管母材的应力比 R 的变化范围设置在-10.7,进行高循环疲劳 试验。在应力比 R 0.05 时,疲劳极限为 650MPa,此时的应力振幅为 325MPa,平均应力 359MPaX90 钢管母材在各种应力比条件下的疲劳极限与被认为是最严格的疲劳极限线 图的 Gerber 线图相等或高于其,因此可以说它具有良好的疲劳特性。另外 X90 焊接接头的 疲劳极限与钢管母材的相同,具有良好疲劳特性,满足用户的要求。

    In the seamless line pipe standards of the past, such as API 5L (American petroleum institute

    standards) setting the highest strength of seamless line pipe for X80 (lower limit yield strength of

    555 Mpa), almost no strength higher practical example of seamless line pipe. With the

    improvement of strength, generally speaking, fear that the toughness of the parent metal and

    circumferential welding will decline. Therefore, in order to make the base at the same time to

    achieve high strength, high toughness and good weldability of the circle, must develop new steel

    tube material. In addition, the top tension stand tube plays a role of connecting the wellhead and

    offshore platform directly, and protecting the production fluid circulation pipe, so it must

    withstand the anti-fatigue properties of waves and tides impact. To solve the above problems,

    Nippon steel developed the high strength X90 - X100 seamless steel pipe for line pipe and rising

    pipe.

    Developed by Nippon steel of high strength welded X90 - X100 seamless line pipe through

    the alloy design ensures the strength of parent metal, and ensures the toughness, by reducing the C

    content at the same time to improve the welding of toughness, thus satisfy the performance

    requirements including circular weldability.

    Steel pipe diameter and wall thickness are 323.9 mm and 20.0 mm respectively. To evaluate

    the characteristics of the circumferential welding department, for the whole of weld metal of the

    tensile test, vickers hardness test, CVN test and CTOD test. Experiment shows that there are no

    obvious hardening in the HAZ. Set the changing range of the stress ratio R of X90 steel pipe in 1

    ~ 0.7, carrying out high cycle fatigue tests. When the stress ratio R is 0.05, fatigue limit is 650

    Mpa, at this time of stress amplitude is 325 Mpa, the average stress is 359 Mpa. X90 steel pipe

    material in various stress ratio under the condition of fatigue limit and is considered to be the most

    stringent fatigue limit diagram of equal to or higher than the Gerber chart, so it has good fatigue

    properties. Besides, the fatigue limit of X90 welded joint is the same as other steel pipe parent

    material, has good fatigue characteristics, to meet the requirements of customers.
