Admixture as “a material other than water, aggregates, hydraulic cement, and fiber

reinforcement, used as an ingredient of a cementitious mixture to modify its freshly mixed,

setting, or hardened properties and that is added to the batch before or during its mixing.

Chemical Admixtures are used to enhance the properties of concrete and mortar in the plastic

and hardened state. These properties may be modified to increase compressive and flexural

strength at all ages, decrease permeability and improve durability, inhibit corrosion, reduce

shrinkage, accelerate or retard initial set, increase slump and workability, improve pumpability

and finishability, increase cement efficiency, and improve the economy of the mixture.

The admixtures interact with the hydrating cementitious system by physical and chemical

actions, modifying one or more of the properties of concrete in the fresh and/or hardened

states.

reduction properties makes FAIRFLO RMC 100 ideal for application in precast concrete where

high early strength is of paramount importance. The slump retention characteristic is

remarkable, with high efficiency in giving a workable mix for longer period. In addition, this

admixture gives more cohesive mix & very much suited to pumping of concrete.

FAIRFLO RMC 200 can be used with all types of Portland cements like OPC, PPC, SRC, and

GGBS.

Ideal with higher grade of concrete mix (from M15 to M45 grade), pre stressed and

FAIRFLO RMC 200 is a chloride free Special polymer based. It is supplied as a brown solution

which instantly disperses in water. The powerful dispersing agent of the high range water

reducing super plasticizer can be used in many ways to obtain dense, high strength durable

concrete (m-35, m-40, m-45, m-50). the high water reduction properties makes an ideal

application in precast concrete , where high early strength is paramount importance when

incorporate in concrete increases the workability without risk of segregation & bleeding.

FAIRFLO RMC 100, FAIRFLO RMC 200 & FAIRFLO RMC 300 is ready to use full range water

reducing cum slump retainer admixture is a new generation of admixture based on special

selected organic polymer chemistry combining the properties of super plasticizers with high

range water reducing properties. It is very effective in producing concrete with different levels

of workability including applications that requires the use of Ready Mix Concrete. These

admixtures meets IS : 9103 :1999 and ASTM C- 494, Type 'G'.

FAIRFLO RMC 100, FAIRFLO RMC 200 & FAIRFLO RMC 300 produces an extremely workable

flowing concrete without loss of strength to enable large water reduction to be made for the

same workability. It also acts on the interface of the sand and water to produce stable

microscopic air bubbles uniformly distributed throughout the concrete. Thus, it gives concrete

better cohesion and workability, reduced segregation and bleeding, which often occur when

utilizing low quality aggregates and harsh mixes deficient in fines.

FAIRFLO RMC 100, FAIRFLO RMC 200 & FAIRFLO RMC 300 admixture is formulated to produce

normal setting characteristics throughout its recommended dosage range. Setting time of

concrete is influenced by the chemical and physical composition of the basic ingredients of the

concrete, temperature of the concrete and ambient conditions. Trial mixtures should be made

with actual job materials to determine the dosage required for a specified setting time and a

given strength requirement.

Dosage : FAIRFLO RMC 100, FAIRFLO RMC 200 & FAIRFLO RMC 300 can be added at a dosage

of 0.6 % to 1.5% by weight of cement. However, the optimum dosage should be determined by

site trials. In such cases, contact your local FAIRMATE CHEMICALS PVT. LTD. Representative.

Mixing : Add 60% to 65% quantity of designed water in to the mix by bucket or through pipe

line system.(In case of mini batching plant) Add admixture as per the specified dosage with

balance 35% of water and let the mixing drum run for around 2 to 3 mins.

Product Notes : Corrosivity Non-Chloride, Non-Corrosive: FAIRFLO RMC 100, FAIRFLO RMC

200 & FAIRFLO RMC 300 admixture will neither initiate nor promote corrosion of reinforcing

steel embedded in concrete, prestressed concrete\or of galvanized steel floor and roof

systems. Neither calcium chloride nor other chloride-based ingredients are used in the

manufacture of these admixture.

Compatibility : This admixture is compatible with most admixtures used in the production of

quality concrete, including normal, mid-range and high-range water reducing admixtures, air

entertainers, accelerators, retarders, extended set control admixtures, corrosion inhibitors,

and shrinkage reducers.
