Increasing access to healthy food is a top priority for Mayor
Bowser and the DC Food Policy Council. Thanks to public advocacy,
dedicated business owners, and govern-ment support, 4 new healthy
food stores will be opening in Wards 7 and 8. This is great
progress, and we look forward to continuing our work to make
healthy food accessible to all District residents.
