Our Details, Your Style…Our hand-crafted pieces are intended to be “one-of-kind” designs and variations should be expected. Small irregularities in shapes, surfaces and finishes are the hallmarks of our distressing techniques. We strive for these characteristics to add depth, beauty and texture. Large carved wood items may crack and cracking is part of a natural aging process that occurs in large timbers. These are not defects. In extremely dry climates, more splitting of wood may occur because of the natural loss of moisture. Again, this is not a defect but the result of your local area conditions.

We use several types of raw materials:European oak and pine is more rustic and creates uneven surfaces. You may even feel a raised grain texture. In our garden line, we use a finish called “weathered zinc/zinc” and it is always changing. When exposed to the air, it will continue to oxidize. When used outside, all of our garden products may rust. Weathered finishes may include streaks and water marks in metal objects and furniture tops. Products with Chicken Wire finishes may be irregular and slightly dented. These are no defects and no two will be the same. Cast Resin is intended to replicate the look of antiques, hand painted and distressed, but is not intended for outside use. Our antique mirrors contain large variations in the finish with watermarks, streaking, spotting as well as various colors displayed in gold, blacks, grays and violets making each mirror unique.Our photography represents style only. Color should be confirmed in person through our showrooms. We do not guarantee color accuracy in our photography. All chandeliers are accompanied by a 7’ chain and matching canopy.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTSThere is a required minimum opening order of $1000 for all new WHOLESALE accounts. All subsequent orders have NO minimum reorder amount. All buyers who have not purchased a minimum of $1000 within a calendar year will be marked inactive and have to re-qualify as a new account meeting the minimum opening order amount again and current guidelines. Depending on territories and the concentration of the AGH line in a given area, your account may not be able to reactivated.

CANCELLATIONSFOR YOUR PROTECTION, if you wish to cancel an order, you must do so in WRITING to cancellations@goagh.com. An AGH unique cancellation number must be given to you. If your order ships and you stop and/or reroute the shipment, you will be responsible for all transportation costs associated with changes along with all transportation costs to and from our warehouse. If you refuse to pay for it as a means of resolution, your account will be de-activated immediately.

PLACING YOUR ORDERYou may place your order via our website www.aidangrayhome.com, by contacting your local rep https://www.aidangrayhome.com/our_team/, or by sending an email to our orders team at orders@goagh.com. Every effort is made to ship your order as quickly as possible for items in-stock. We ship “as available”, meaning that any item not ready at the time of shipment may be back-ordered and will ship separately. Your order confirmation will show you approximate ETA’s which are always subject to change.

MINIMUM QUANTITIESAs a wholesaler, items are packaged and sold in minimum quantities (MQ). Our price list denotes those required amounts. If you place an order for a single unit that is sold in a minimum quantity of 2 or 4, your order will default to the baseline minimum quantity and you will be notified of the order change via your order confirmation. We do not break boxes and we will not sell less than the minimum order quantity.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONUpon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email ONLY. You are encouraged to review it upon receipt because your order, if in-stock, will process out immediately. Please contact us as quickly as possible to avoid unintended shipments. Once an order has processed & shipped, you assume all financial responsibility for alternations/changes.

SHIP COMPLETEAGH cannot honor a request to ship complete.

NOTIFICATION BEFORE SHIPPINGAGH will send you an email on the day your product is invoiced. We cannot call before shipping or billing.

BACK ORDERSWe do everything possible to ship as much product per your order within 6 months. Occasionally, larger furniture items or first run product introductions may exceed that date. When that happens, AGH will cancel all orders over 6 months automatically. You may cancel your back order at any time, as long as they have not been processed and shipped. All cancellations must be done in writing to cancellations@goagh.com.

FUTURE SHIP DATESYou may request a future ship date on your order, however; AGH does not hold product to ensure your order date is met. Please understand that some of your items may no longer be available to ship at the date you requested.

OUR PAYMENT POLICIESFirst 3 orders are CREDIT CARD ONLY. Credit cards are billed 1 to 5 business days in advance of shipping as orders are being processed.

CREDIT CARDSWe accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express. Credit cards must be either the company’s card or the primary buyer/owner. AGH does not accept 3rd party, customers, or clients credit cards.

DEBIT CARDSAGH highly discourages the use of Debit Cards. By using such cards as a form of payment, you assume all risk and all fees, withdraws and overdrafts associated with the use of the card. AGH will not accept any liability and will process all orders just like standard credit cards.

CHECKS, PRO-FORMS & CODWe no longer accept checks, Pro-Forms, or COD Orders, as we do not hold product for future shipping.

NET 30Terms may be established after 3 orders for WHOLESALE are completed on a credit card.

INVOICINGOnce a product is invoiced, the invoice is sent directly to the primary email on the account. Invoices will not be mailed.

WHERE DO I GET PRICING INFORMATION?AGH publishes an official price list several times a year in print and on the web. AGH operates under the premise that our internal system is the most up-to-date pricing. Pricing changes & misprints/published pricing on the web that is inaccurate will not be honored & pricing is subject to change at any time. Your order confirmation will have the most updated pricing at the time of order.

SPECIAL ORDERSpecial/Custom orders selections require a 50% deposit at time of order. Special/Custom orders may be canceled in the first 48 hours after placement. After that, 50% of the deposit will be retained. Special/Custom orders are Credit Card only and no Net Terms will be honored. We ask prior to your order, that you measure all doorways and access points as items are non-returnable.

DAMAGESBefore signing for your product upon delivery you must:1. You must inspect the product noting any damages to product or packaging.2. If you see damage, NOTE IT TO THE DRIVER/DELIVERY PERSON. DO NOT SIGN FOR A BOX WITHOUT NOTATING DAMAGE.3. Save all original packaging.4. YOU HAVE 5 DAYS TO REPORT DAMAGES TO AIDAN GRAY.5. UPS must be held until claims is approved. FREIGHT damages must be held up to 90 to 120 days depending on carrier. This is an international shipping policy, not an AGH policy. Failure to abide by freight carriers terms may result in loss of claim.6. Repairs may be made locally if a quote for the repair is approved by AGH prior to the repairs.7.
