Business Target
To restore landfills and its surrounding landback to nature by joint business
participation. The recovered land wouldthen be developed at very high profit.
Automatic pre-screening to separate thewaste, eliminate pollution.
To convert waste into plastic pellets andpyrolysis oil to produce additional profit.

Our Advantage
We have the rights of Beijing waste landfills toinstall and fully develop recycle plants.
A nearly endless source of waste.
The continuous demand in the consumption ofcrude oil and its raw materials ensures a verylong term profit forecast.
The plastic recovered from the waste after
washing and recycling has a purity rating above99.2%.
Our highly profitable patented* recycling plantproduces plastic pellets and pyrolysis oilcontinuously. (*China, Taiwan and Japan patent.)

Profit Source
Pyrolysis heavy oil, diesel or plastic pellet salesprofit.
RDF, thermal energy conversion and steamsales profit
The greatest profit will be achieved when thelandfill sites (Beijing city has 490 in total alone)
are restored and development.

Plant Architecture
One set of landfill automatic pre-processingequipment will process 1000 tons of waste daily andproduces about 90 tons of waste plastic material.
One set of automatic pyrolysis fuel system willprocess 30 tons of waste plastic daily and output 21kiloliter of diesel or 23 kiloliter of heavy oil.
One set of automatic SPP waste plastic filmprocessing equipment and plastic pellet extractionfacilitywill process 50 tons of PP,PE plastic film andproduce 50 tons of plastic pellets daily.
Land provided by the Government, self-built factory,
about 6000 square meters land requirement.

Medium and long-term planning
With the population and waste increasing, the Beijing landfills cannot keep up with
demand and an alternative solution must befound. It has been agreed that the second phaseproject, landfills and MSW processing at the
same time must start now. If actual demandincreases the plant equipment will beincreased to reverse the trend.

Retrieving Plastic Wasteaterial and Automatic ContinuousFeed Pyrolysis Fuel technology and the procedure
According to waste polymeric material research one is required to design theequipment in order to convert and reduce the plastic waste product into fuel. The plant has ten major
processes:
Plastic waste breaking process.
Preheating Raw materials process.
HCL-absorbing process.
High temperature burning heating process.
Solid alloy thermal ball heating process.
Automatic continuously feeding catalytic cracking process.
Smoke Purification process.
Heat exchanger cooling process. Fractionation refining process.
Sludge - Harmless brick processing system.
This equipment has a very low requirement for maintenance - no cleaning or
sorting, and uses an automatic conveyor feeding system - while one side feeds
the raw plastic, the other side is supplying oil and de-slagging.

Equipment Technique Introduction The plant uses rotary drum catalytic pyrolysis technology - the
shredded recycled waste plastics is fed continuously into thecracking furnace to increase thermal efficiency and maximizeprocessing power.
In the preheating stage, the pyrolysis plant process purifies themixed waste plastic PVC material and harmful gases such as HCL
gas are removed, this in turn protects the equipment from erosion.Inside the Pyrolysis plant the gas is fed into catalytic converter thencracked, fractionation, cooled and separated. The non-condensablegas is purified and supply for the heating process and productionuse, the generated flue gas purify again by the flue gas purification
system to meet the developed countries emission standard. The cracking pyrolysis system produces carbide and is fed onto a
conveyor system to the combustion furnace for combustion andremoval. The generated harmless ash is automatically collected andis environmentally curing.

The unique advantages of automaticpyrolysis equipment Automatic continuously feeding, cracking, oil,
slagging, the whole year without shut down, themaximum can be designed to feed 200 tons waste
plastics per day. Waste plastic pyrolysis process will produce acid,
the equipment can be continuous discharged acid, otherwise after condensation will produce
hydrochloric acid and it will corrode pipelineequipment.
Pyrolysis process, the furnace will not have the glueknot, no need to shutdown and clean up.

1.Clean water is requiredA. Sterilization facilities- Protection of the operator (Health and Safety)
B. Pollution substances excluded (e.g. COD, BOD, SS, pulp, slime)Causes increased turbidity
Impact: water surface tension, viscosity and water weight
change ( above 1 ) Materials settling velocity changes (resistance increasing)such as PVC, PET, OPS, etc. ( Gravity above 1 plastic film)
The deterioration of separation between the different plastic filmmaterials is caused by these various changes of resistanceincreasing. The recovery purity can be achieved by maintaining the water
quality.
