    of their total eligibility of amount and materials actually issued, apassbook with all the details have been given to each beneficiary.

    24 Hour Call Centre with Toll Free No 1100 for Complaint Redressal.

    Established Monitoring Unit (SMU) for dealing exclusively with all thecases related to irregularities brought to the notice through call centre /Newspaper/ any other form.

    160 lakh MTs of cement is approximately required forabout 65 lakh houses.

    Negotiations with cement companies were held at thehighest level in the Government i.e Honble ChiefMinister/Honble Minister and the rates were approvedfor WSHP.

    In 9 districts, (VSP, EG, PKM, CTR, KNL, MBNR, MDK, ADL , WGL)

    the lists are more than 20,000 and are requested to be appropriatelyre-verified to ensure only eligible are covered.

    Submit soft copy lists for RC houses in SKL,VZM,GNT,YSR,ANTPand balance lists in NLG, MBNR, ADL and KMM.

    Integrated Survey

    Government have taken up integrated Survey of individualbenefit schemes of Ration Cards, Pensions and Housing.

    The Survey is undertaken by Civil Supplies Department.

    Housing beneficiaries data of 64.42 lakhs was sent for

    survey, out of which, 12.60 lakhs Housing beneficiariesidentified as doubtful during preliminary survey.

    Their details have been placed before Gram Sabha.

    District Collectors have furnished the final list of ineligible

    beneficiaries after verification of the details in the Grama Sabha.

    Final lists of ineligible beneficiaries received from all districtsand disabled.

    RAJIV AWAAS YOJANA

    The Government of India has launched Rajiv AwasYojana (RAY), which envisage making India Slum-free by 2014.It aims to upgrade housing and civic infrastructure

    for the settlement of the poor in urban areas, andmake adequate urban land households in the urbanareas.

    Slum-free Plan of Action There are 125 ULBs in the State including

    Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB). The Statehas proposed to take up 25ULBs during 2010-11, 63ULBs in 2011-12 and 37 ULBs in 2012-13.
