Hospice Palliative Care Ontario values your participation in the work of the association. Your Associate status with HPCO, which includes Affiliate status with the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association (CHPCA), expires soon. Attached is the renewal information package detailing the benefits of Associate status and the application form.

Each year we provide a dynamic HPCO Annual Conference. With a vast array of workshops, keynotes and presentations, attendees from across the sector spend three days networking, learning, and sharing resources. HPCO also works with government on public policy that supports hospice palliative care as a priority for local health care delivery and we advocate for adequate funding for hospice services.

Associates are organizations whose primary objective is not the provision of hospice palliative care services, but who have an interest in the objectives of Hospice Palliative Care Ontario. Organizations that are planning to provide hospice palliative care services may also apply for status in this category.
