Associates of HPCO are organizations that have an interest in hospice palliative care and support access to quality hospice palliative care for every person in Ontario. Associates may include organizations that:

• Are developing, but not yet delivering hospice palliative care services• Plan and fund hospice palliative care services• Operate long-term care and/or retirement homes• Have an interest in palliative care

Associate status is for a one-year period based on the fiscal year commencing April 1. HPCO does not prorate fees.
