Taxbase Home Screen :

In Taxbase select desire group and assesse from the list of your customers and click on online

utilities.


System will divert you to this page, where your selected assesse will be displayed on the top, on

will see the options as services for CA & Assesse. Same way given option to use Chrome,

Mozilla & import 26AS in Text & HTML Format, on this screen click on Update Dashboard.

Online Utilities Screen :


System will divert you to this page, where your selected assesse will be displayed on the top, on

the same screen you can change your assess. For this online utilities default browser is Internet

Explorer, you can use Chrome or Mozilla also. Green tick indicates your version is updated and

Blue Arrow indicates that you can enlarge your screen which will fit in the screen.

Online Utilities Screen :


System will divert to I.T. Site ask you to enter Captcha Code, enter this code and click on Login

Dashboard Update Screen :


It will update details of your returns filed with Income Tax Department in the grid with all the

details as shown in the screen.

Assessee online services :


Upload Return :

In this screen just select your xml file from the desired location, based on xml it will display the

name of ITR prepared and it will ask you for whether digitally sign or not, click on submit. Then it

will ask you to enter Captcha code.



It will directly divert you to Income Tax India’s E-filing web site with all the details fetch in here you

just have to click on submit.


Add C.A. :

This option provides you to add C.A. so click on it enter Captcha code and click on login.


Add C.A. :

After login it will give you this screen where you have to enter Membership number of C.A then

system will automatically pick up the name of C.A. from I.T. Database.


Tax Credit Mismatch :

This option provides you to see the Tax Credit Mismatch so click on it enter Captcha code and

click on login.



After login it will give you this screen where you have to select A.Y., click on Submit and it will

show you mismatch in Tax Credit.


26AS Import in Text Format :

This option provides you to download and import 26AS from the Government website so click on

it enter Captcha code and click on login.


After login it will directly divert to the Traces site, auto fetch your details, and directly download zip

file from the website it will store in the location and prompt you to open the file.



After clicking on open it will fetch the password and directly show you above screen and ask you

click on import to import this entries in our software.



Dis Engage C.A. :

As usual first screen will ask you to enter Captcha code, after that system will divert you to this

screen where your PAN, A.Y. will be displayed, then select Form No., Status of form and click on

search. Then it will list you the name of C.A. to dis engage.


Update Contact Details :


screen where you can update or enter your contact details on Income Tax Web Site.


E-Verify Return :


screen where you can see the list of your uploaded on the web site and pending for e-Verification.


My Work List :


screen where you can view your pending work list on the screen.


Refund Reissue Request :


screen where you can select A.Y., enter CPC communication reference, Refund Sequence No as

per CPC Order and then click validate after validation you can re-issue the Refund Request.


Generate EVC :


screen where you can generate you electronic verification code.


Register Digital Signature :


screen from which you can register your digital signature on the Income Tax Web Site.


Update Address :


screen from which you can update your address on the Income Tax Web Site.


Refund / Demand Status :


screen where you can able to view A.Y. wise refund status


Request of 143(1) / 154 :


screen from which you can able to send request for Intimation U/S 143(1) / 154


Change Password :


screen from which you can able to change password set to access the I. T. Web Site.


Download ITR :


where you will see system is asking to open the downloaded file, on this screen if you don’t give

anything then also it will open the ITR automatically on the screen


Download ITR :

It will open your ITR on the screen by disabling the password also.


Download ITR V :



anything then also it will open the ITR V automatically on the screen


Download ITR V :

It will open your ITR V on the screen by disabling the password also. If you have already down

loaded the file then system will ask you to open the downloaded file from the location or if you

want to re download the file you can able to download it again.


Download XML :



anything then also it will open the XML file automatically on the screen


Document Management :

All downloaded documents gets stored in the self generated directories as shown in the above

screen, other than downloaded documents you can store your documents pertaining to the

selected assess and selected A. Y in the respective folders. You just have to double click on the

file you want to open and system will open the file.


Request for Intimation :

As usual first screen will ask you to enter Captcha code, after that system will divert you to

another screen.


Request for Intimation :

On this screen select you’re A. Y., select category of Intimation and Sub – Category and click on

submit then you will get the intimation from I.T. Department.


E-File response to notice u/s 139(9) :
