PATENTED TECHNOLOGY

The Seemless collection uses a unique wide oval shaped plug with horizontal and vertical

grooves on its surface. When used with the patented bonding agent, the lens and the frame

fuse together. This strong adhesive acts as a buffer between the lens and the plug, virtually

eliminating the stress in the lenses. This reduction of stress prevents cracking and loosening

of the lens for the life of the Seemless frame.

THE GLAZING PROCESS

Enter the hole dimensions of 1.25mm x 2.45mminto your rimless drill.

All pins are the same size and accurate to within 0.03mm.

The pins should �t snugly. Not tight or loose.Lens thickness range: 2mm - 15mm

The pins measure 1.2mm x 2.4mm.The gap �lled by the adhesive is 0.05mm.

Use a toothpick to apply the adhesive intothe grooves of both long and short sides

of the left temporal pin.Push the left temporal pin into the hole.

Using the same steps add the adhesive to theleft nasal pin and push it into the hole.

The surplus adhesive can now be cleaned fromthe temporal pin using the cleaning solvent.

35% MEK, 65% IPA

The surplus adhesive can then be cleanedfrom the lens surface around the nasal pin

Adhesive can then be placed onto the rightnasal pin and pushed into the lens.

Follow same steps for the right temporal pin.

Clean the right nasal pin using the cleaningsolvent, followed be the right temporal pin.

Let the adhesive set for 15 minutes.Increasing the time for a setting process,

will increase the bond.

After the adhesive has bonded for at least15 minutes, you can now adjust the frame as

needed.

Push out the lenses by pushing down on a drillbit or clavulus.

THE REGLAZING PROCESS

The debonding process takes around 1-2minutes. When the adhesive becomes rubber like

it can be peeled o� using a Kimcare wipeand cleaning solvent.

Apply a small amount of the the BondedRimless Debonder onto a Q-tip and clean the

pins as needed.

The frame can now be reused again.Repeat glazing steps.
