The Hydromat EPIC HF FANUC line of rotary transfer machines can be equipped with collets or chucks for precision metal cut ting. This exceptional design is a modular system consisting of horizontal and ver tical toolspindles mounted around a precision cast base.

EPIC HF FANUC machines utilize 12 or 16 horizontal machining stations and have the available capacity of six ver tical tool spindles on a 12-station machine and eight ver tical tool spindles on a 16-station machine.

The EPIC EF EXTENDED FANUC connects up to 4 EPIC CNC Toolspindle Units on one Legacy Hydromat machine. Comes standard with a compact stand-alone control cabinet and a hand held FANUC iPendant, and connector cables.

This plug and play control system is added to your machine and your Legacy Hydromat’s control stays in-tact and works as before. Use EPIC Toolspindles Units you may have in stock or purchase new units from Hydromat, Inc.

The original control and your new EPIC EF control work hand-in-hand giving you fast upgrade to multi-unit, multi-axis EPIC CNC Hydromat capabilities.
