The majority of pneumatic tools are connected directly to the compressed air supply by means of a quick disconnect coupling, in other words they tend to be supplied with a higher pressure than is actually required. Which increases consumption and leads to tool overload.

Added safety is provided by the automatic self-relieving function. If the tool is disconnected from the hose, it continues to work for a short period, even though it has been switched off, owing to the residual pressure that is present on the tool side. Inadvertent operation of the tool can thus lead to serious injuries to the user (tackers or nail drivers can fire up to another ten shots).

This effect can be prevented by using the inline pressure regulators, which have a preset pressure determined by the application, thereby achieving energy efficiency and economy.

Pressure gauge in-line filters are installed on pressure gauges in dirt-sensitive hydraulic / pneumatic system circuits in order to filter out solids from gaseous and liquid media (floating body retention). Stoppage of small pressure inlet channels and capillary throttles is prevented by their use. Furthermore particles do not jam in dirt-sensitive media chambers and the resulting appearances of a jam are avoided. Preliminary filters act as throttles and dampers with pressure shocks and pressure surges.

Swing safety coupling with free passage.The plug-in nipple is inserted into the coupling body and rotated by an approx. 90° motion to make the connection. As soon as the "red ring" clicks into the intended slot then a secure connection has been made. To release the connection again, the "red ring" must be pulled out and the plug-in nipple is swivelled to the stopper into the starting position. Venting is done during uncoupling through a vent hole on the back side of the coupling.

This coupling meets ISO standard DIN EN ISO 4414, EN 983.

High quality, robust and long lifetime rotation secure coupling, heavy duty design.It is suitable for an extremely rough conditions.To make a secure connection between the coupling and plug, the plug-in nipple is fed into the coupling and rotated to the right until the mechanism clicks in audibly. The connection is uncoupled in which the plug-in nipple is rotated to the left and at the same time the release ring is pulled backwards. The plug-in nipple is captured upon ejection from the safety chamber and only released after another left or right turn by 90°.

Dekabon tubing, which combines the advantages of metal and plastic tubing. Bending the very light tubing is possible without special tools. Good resistance against corrosion and various chemicals. The interior tube remains dry due to a film/aluminium barrier and can be laid in the ground without additional protection. Connection is possible with push-in connectors (additional self testing) and cutting ring fittings (amplification sleeve recommended).

This water regulator is designed as a single-acting diaphragm regulator for installation in any water pipe system. It supplies a precise output value regardless of the input pressure.Since the pressure is preset in the factory and cannot be altered, the product is also tamper-proof.

The regulator protects all downstream devices and components in the water pipe by maintaining a required constant pressure and preventing system pressure fluctuations. In combination with a nozzle, it is ideally suited for cooling or cleaning with water spray or mist.

These exceptionally elastic polyurethane hoses boast a recoil force similar to that of conventional nylon spiral hose, but with less tendency to loop and significantly better resistance to abrasion.There is consequently less danger of scratching coated or sensitive surfaces.The hose is extremely flexible and non-kinking.

Not suitable for direct attachment to pulsating tools. We recommend using our vibration dampers, according to ISO 6150 § 7.1.
