Albany, located in The Bahamas, is a luxury resort community nestled among approximately 600 oceanfront acres on the southwestern end of New Providence. It is conveniently located five miles from Nassau’s international airport.

Albany House, the historic pink beachside mansion originally owned by French filmmaker and “Inspector Gadget” creator Jean Chalopin, inspired the community’s name. Albany House made history as the site of two movies, most notably the James Bond film “Casino Royale”.

The resort’s deep-water marina has been designed and built to aesthetically rival the great resort ports of the world and has been noted as the Monaco of the Caribbean. In addition, Albany features an array of amenities for all members of the family, including a well appointed boutique

hotel, 71 slip mega yacht marina, Ernie Els-designed championship golf course and short-game facility, fitness center and spa, adult pool and bar, family water park, kids’ clubhouse, and casual and fine dining restaurants.

Albany’s residential offerings include villas, beachfront estates, beach walk and golf course custom homes, equestrian ranchettes and Marina Residences encircling the mega-yacht marina. 100 residences are already complete, and there will be approximately 350 total when fully built out.

In the second phase of its development, Albany will include a financial center, sports academy, 10-acre medical center and hospital as well as a functional medicine and wellness center.
