u How to request service:u For support, email [email protected]

u When visiting the Digital Lounge for tech support, make sure to check in at one of the two terminals.

Helpdesk – Crusader Digital Loungeu Loaner Program

u NON-BYOL students: If a student brings in a laptop for warranty repair, the helpdesk will provide a loaner laptop to the student until the student-owned device is repaired and returned. The student will have to sign a document with terms and conditions of the loaner.

u NON-BYOL: Helpdesk will perform initial troubleshooting on laptop. If the device is broken, the helpdesk will issue a loaner device and perform steps to repair student owned device

u If a student brings in a laptop that needs hardware or software support, they must agree in writing that all data has been backed up either to an external device or to the students One Drive. The Helpdesk is not responsible for lost student data.

u Helpdesk will perform initial troubleshooting on laptop. If the software issue cannot be remedied within 15 minutes, the laptop will be reimaged. If the helpdesk cannot reimage the device at that time, a loaner will be issued to the student.

u Loaners will NOT be issued to visiting students (i.e. not enrolled for Fall).
