Dear AIESEC Panama,

10 Month have passed since the start of the LCs year. We have experienced challenges, joy, and great momments that will last for the rest of our lives.

This experience is not over yet, we have still 1 month and a half to go and we need to take advantage of every second of this experience.

It is time to challenge ourselves and RAISE TNS/EPS like never before. It is time to apply to EB of our LC, OC of a national conference or youth to business and give our 100% to achieve impactful experiences in AIESEC Panama..

AIESEC Panama is not afraid to take risks, AIESEC Panama is not afraid to achieve like never before, AIESEC Panama is eager to take that step forward and make memories for the rest of our lifes.

My AIESEC story started back in February 2012 when I first joined University. I remember one time I went to a friend’s house and he told me ‘’I just came back from Egypt, I went on exchange with AIESEC’’ from that moment my whole world changed.

I joined AIESEC Latina and since then I am a different person, I was first part of the Marketing, COMM & IM team lead by Gina Guerra who is today my best friend and MCVP Marketing & COMM of AIESEC in Panama, then I became TLP, I worked in 2 OC’s as OCVP COMM, I was NST for AIESEC

in Rwanda and RST for AIESEC in CAS.

All of this I lived in only one year and all of these experiences brought me to apply for EB 2013, I was elected as LCVP MKT, time passed, problems came, I had to take the Busi-ness Development function as well and after a few months we decided my profile would be better to take ICX..

I remember this year I had so many reasons to give up and just do something else, but the why of this organisation, the hope of having a better world created by leadership made me stay.

Today I am LCPe for AIESEC LATINA in the term 2014, I am filled with motivation, energy, strength, humbleness and overall satisfaction to know that I am in the right place and the right moment of my life to become a better version of my self, today AIESEC is my home and I am 100% ready to give my all for my home to grow and to take in other youngsters that also believe in the development of the world.

My name is Rogelio and I am a Mexican from Chihuahua, Chihuahua. that by destiny found in Central America an amazing place where in every country I have been., I have found a family.I am a person who likes to discover new things, new people, new ideas and new beliefs.I am lawyer even if at times it doesn’t seem like it and I have worked in different areas of law.I am almost 25 years old and for me life is only one and it’s important to have fun. The best thing one can do is life and that’s why everyday I try to do it instensely

Memorable Moment in Panama:When I started traveling to central america the first place I landed was in Panama.

I was sick, I was tired on the airport and when I went to get something to eat thecashier gave me a Martinelli. In that moment I knew I had made it,

I had come out of mycomfort zone and that my AIESEC XP was getting started.
