The answer to this issue’s headline question isobvious to long-time readers, as evidenced even inthe old saying: “Money makes the world go’round.” All of the puppets on the world stageanswer to “this terrible power of the purse” as itis described in the Protocols of the Meetings of theZionist Men of Wisdom, which are covered morefully elsewhere in this issue. And it is those verypurse-strings which are attached to the puppets sodeftly managed by the elite puppetmasters. In thevery first of the protocols we read:

“Establish an aristocracy based on MONEYand intellectual class on the ruins of natural andhereditary aristocracy.”

Can anyone deny this is the case in the worldtoday? It is about as in-the face as it could be,even in the public spotlight. George W. Bush iscited in the Michael Moore film, Fahrenheit 911,declaring to a room full of supporters: “Somepeople call you the elite but to me, you are mybase; the ‘haves’ and the ‘have mores’.”

Is Philippine society governed by the rule of lawor by the rule of money?

In theory, by the rule of law. But in practice, bythe rule of money.

Under the rule of law, the basic question is: Whois right or wrong, and not: Who has money or whohas none? Whoever is right is upheld; whoever iswrong is downheld. Whoever has the money iscompletely immaterial and irrelevant.

Under the rule of money, the opposite is true.The basic question is: Who has the money, and not:Who is right or wrong? Whoever has the money isupheld; whoever has no money is downheld.Whoever is right or wrong is completely immaterialand irrelevant.

Take the case of the Arroyo administration. Doesit uphold the majority of the Filipino people who arepoor? No. It downholds them to more debts andever grinding poverty. Instead of upgrading thepeople’s quality of life, the Arroyo administration has

consistently downgraded it. Instead of giving thepeople reasonable hope for a better life, the Arroyoadministration has been pushing them to anunprecedented sense of national despair. Instead ofsatisfying the people’s present needs, the Arroyoadministration harks to the past or to the future.

How about big business? Does it uphold the bestinterest of the majority of the Filipino people? No. Itupholds the interest of the very rich minority bycharging progressively increasing prices of basiccommodities that translate to progressively increasingmargins of profit. Instead of helping the poor majority,big business helps the wealthy minority get wealthier.Instead of showing sensitivity to the economicsuffering of the Filipino masses, big business hasshown ruthless profiteering. Instead of showingoneness with the Filipino people, big business hasdistanced itself from them.

How about the church? Does it uphold the bestinterest of the majority of the Filipino people? No. Itprincipally upholds its own interest. Aside fromcharging to the account of the Filipino people the costsof its religious facilities and services, the church alsocollects from the Filipino masses considerable amounts

of money which are like the profits amassed by bigbusiness entities. Instead of easing the economicburden of the people, the church effectively adds to it.Instead of strengthening the people’s chance atfinancial recovery, the church does the opposite.Instead of reducing the expenses of the masses, thechurch ultimately increases it.

There appears no democratic balance of powerin our country. The odds are heavily tilted in favorof the rich and against the poor. Any problemrequiring governmental intervention and action isgenerally resolved in favor of the moneyed class,regardless of merit or lack of it. Thus, conflictsbetween landowners and tenants or squatters areexpectedly resolved in favor of the landowners, andin favor of the tenants or the squatters only by wayof exception. Controversies between criminalsuspects who are poor and complainants who arerich are usually resolved in favor of the latter.Litigation between big corporations and individualprivate citizens who are poor are commonlyresolved against the latter.

No poor person is ever part of the decision-makers’ group in government, big business or thechurch. The membership in that privileged class isreserved exclusively in favor of the millionaires orricher persons.

Thus, no one from the poor majority of the Filipinopeople ever becomes President or Vice President,unless he has himself or herself become a millionaireor better.

The same may be said with equal application tosenators or members of the House of Representatives,and the leaders of the different Executivedepartments.

Is there a non-millionaire in the rank of the justicesof the Supreme Court? We guess not. Of course, itis possible they may have earned their millions longbefore their appointment to the high court. And wecan only hope that is always the case.

Is there a non-millionaire among the leaders ofthe different churches in the Philippines? Thatwould be up to the faithful followers to find out.They have to determine for themselves if there isany causal connection between the high position inchurch and the economic wealth of the leaders. Ifthere is, they may validly wonder where thepersonal wealth of their leaders came, or comes,from. If there is none, their leaders may be abovesuspicion of taking undue advantage of their highposition.

Who is not rich and famous among the leaders ofgovernment, big business and the church? Can it betruthfully said the general rule is they are not rich andfamous, and some are only by exception? Or, is theopposite the truth?

Regardless of the answers, the fact is the majorityof the Filipino people are poor. They eat less than thestandard three square meals a day. They do not haveand they do not earn enough money to satisfy theirdaily basic needs.

Can they be genuinely led to a high quality ofnational life by leaders whose common lifestyle isopposite that of the poor majority?

The Filipino people ought to bear in mind that in asociety under the rule of money, the rule of law is amere illusion; the Constitution is a dream; masspoverty is a reality; money is right, money is might;what is right stops where money talks; the rich getricher and the poor get poorer.

Therefore, the majority of the Filipino people whoare poor must: (1) fight against the rule of money; (2)wrest back their constitutional and sovereign powersfrom the unconstitutional power grabbers in their midstand (3) restore the rule of law.

Ah indeed you want some spiritual upliftment asyou have to relive the incredible propaganda of eventsthat were not projected IN TRUTH from thosepassing events of some yesterday. So be it, for as isthe incident of some 9-11, any-year, you have to havetruth present in some measure before you can achieverighteous love and service.

Are either mandatory accomplishments? Itcertainly depends on your goals and desired output ofliving itself in this manifest world of expression.

You may well piously repeat “Love all—serve-all”and glow with inner warmth and light that some mantradeveloped and represents some Baghawan in old India,and so it does to great extent—BUT, emblazonedacross the façade of the HARD ROCK CAFES ofthe world is the same bold statement along with:“Save our planet”. Truth is truth is truth...!

Ah but what IS truth? Let me assure you that itbecomes a “real” and meaningful state of perceptionand reception in which it is extremely wise to makeevery effort in which to function. I will borrow froma brother you might find more interesting than myself:

Truth is something which people do notlike. They look at it as if it is inimical tothem. Untruth is something which peoplelike. They look at it in a friendly manner.People like to buy intoxicating drinks liketoddy and liquor even if they have to paya high price. They do not go in for healthgiving things like buttermilk and curds,even when they are quite cheap.

Uttering truth is easy. But indulging infalsehood is a tortuous process. One hasto take a lot of trouble to cover up one liewith more lies. That is why it has beensaid: ‘Satyam bhrooyat; Priyam brooyat; Nabhrooyat Satyam apriyam’, ‘speak the truth;speak what is pleasing. Do not utter truththat is unpleasant’.

Truth is something that is not modifiedby time of space or guna. It must be thesame forever, unaffected and unchanged.Then alone it is truth. It should not beproved false by some subsequent event orknowledge.

Nothing is absolutely real. Thewaking experience is as unreal as thedream experience. When you are in deepsleep, there is no world at all. When youattain the super conscious fourth stage, the“I” alone remains, the universal “I” whichwas mistaken even in the sleeping stage aslimited and particular.

People today talk about protecting the

nation. The nation does not needprotection. If you protect and foster truthand righteousness, the nation will beAUTOMATICALLY PROTECTED.

Whether others appreciate you or not,you must be content to act according toyour conscience. The inner conviction thatyou are acting righteously is your bestwitness. There is no greater dharma(Careful, no pun intended—just truth, ma’am)than adherence to truth. You need haveno fear as long as you adhere to truth. Itis the liar who is haunted by fear.

LOOK BACK BUT DON’T DWELL THERE9/11/01—04

I ask that as you experience all the propagandaand new myths now presented regarding that 9/11/01incident in New York City, USA, that you do notoverlook the very most important things (in yourlives) ongoing TODAY.

I can share a few notes of presentations asoffered and with that some “supposed” threats fromthe propagandists’ archives as to who, how, what,when and where (and sometimes “why”, but not oftencorrectly stated).

Moving back and forth on events as presented youcan almost always, on any given day, find confirmationof our truth along with exasperation over the attemptsto stop our work by the Adversary and which is oftenstated by columnists as “Satan at Play”.

DURHAM (VK)-CANTOR FITZGERALD(TRADE CENTER DISASTER?)

VK has recently AGAIN written long dialogsabout her holdings, all of which are fabrications andfraudulent claims. Among the most notable is herreference to the 9/11 Trade Center disaster in whichsuch as Dove of Oneness claims NESARA was to beannounced and thus came down the towers. VKrambled on at the same time that especially CantorFitzgerald was wiped out deliberately because of HERHOLDINGS OF THAT NON-EXISTENT TRUST/3392 181.

As with most topics in focus you do not have togo far to get support in some measure of fact as wellas reasonable recognition of a degree of fact. In theCantor Fitzgerald focus it is more that somehow thatcompany turns out far BETTER today than it stood onthat fateful day when it was struggling desperately(2001).

Cantor Fitzgerald lost, incredibly, more than half itsemployees and the chief executive of CF even lost his

“Business Today”:New York Times News ServiceNEW YORK—Howard W. Lutnick, the chief

executive of Cantor Fitzgerald has defied the skeptics.[H: Which skeptics? The company is a“TRADING” brokerage—no expectation offailure in a neat wipe-out program where eventhe brother referred to was NOT SUPPOSED TOHAVE BEEN IN THAT BUILDING THATMORNING! This is rarely longer reported and,“oh well”. Three years offers a lot of opportunityfor “revision” of “history” to suit the desires of“da Kingdom”.]

Three years after 658 of his co-workers died inthe terrorist attack on the World Trade Center, Cantoris alive. As if that were not enough for the companythat lost by far the most employees that day, it is ontrack to achieve double-digit earnings growth again thisyear.

Cantor Fitzgerald, which occupied the 101st to105th floor of the north tower—the first to be hit—isa much different company today than it was on themorning of September 11, 2001. It is spinning offwhat was once its core business of BROKERINGTRADES IN GVERNMENT BONDS AMONGBANKS, and is diversifying into new areas,including asset management and INVESTMENTBANKING. [Emphasis added.] More than half of itsemployees in New York have joined since the terroristattacks.

Cantor is finally moving into long-term officespace early next year, leasing the bottom seven floorsin a building on Park Avenue and 59th Street, five milesfrom Ground Zero. [H: By golly, not a bad shift-out and “start over”. Moreover, how in theworld in a time of disastrous banking ventures,economic debacles and ongoing catastrophe-games can enough money be gained to fit thesenew records?]

The company’s existence today is achievementenough. But Lumick, who lost his brother andsurvived the attack himself only because he had beenlate for work after delivering his son to his first day ofkindergarten, is motivated by more than the usual driveof a chief executive. [H: Or possibly a very heavyand blighted conscience?]

Cantor’s profitability has, at least so far, enabledLutnick to honor his pledge to the families of thosekilled: to pay them 25 percent of Cantor’s profits forfive years and provide health insurance for a decade.

As of June 30, Cantor has paid more than $145MILLION to the families, including some $85million from its PROFITS. [H: Wow, and that isonly 25% as stated above.] The figure includeshealth insurance costs and donations to its relieffund.

Edith Lutnick, Howard Lutnick’s sister, runs theCantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund, but Howard Lutnickhimself still fields countless calls from siblings, parentsand spouses of Cantor employees who were killed inthe attacks. [H: Oh my, and VK got nothing fromsuch a loss of her zillion trillions holocausted inthe debacle? Is there possibly something wrongwith this picture? I mean, like from start tofinish?]

“They all have my home number and worknumber,” Howard Lutnick said. “It’s like the way youwould call a friend, it’s never a bother.”

The broad range of support Lutnick has providedfor the Cantor families has won over some who hadfeared he would not honor its commitments. Lutnickhad a reputation as a tough Wall Street negotiator.Only days after the terrorist attacks, he alienated somefamilies when he took those who were killed off theCantor payroll, arguing that the move was necessary

to help the firm survive.“A lot of people did have doubts,” said William

Doyle, whose son, Joseph, was a Cantor employeewho died in the attack. “But Howard has really goneto bat for these families. He hasn’t forgotten them.”

Allan Horwitz, whose 24-year-old son, Aaron, wasa Cantor employee, said he was amazed at the degreeof contact he has had with Lutnick and his sister.

“They have made all of us a part of theirextended family,” Horwitz said. He has visitedLutnick’s house twice, and when Horwitz’s father diedearlier this year, Edith Lutnick attended the funeral.[H: Makes you wonder, doesn’t it, if this wouldhave been the same if the name was Tom Brownor de la Cruz?]

“I never knew these people prior to 9/11,” he said.Several times a year, the Lutnicks rent out space

in hotels, churches and other locations in the tri-statearea around New York City and hold town hallmeetings for families and employees.

Cantor will also hold a memorial service thisSaturday in Central Park, for employees, friends andfamily. [H: Anyone sick yet?]

One recent project involves making sure thefamilies have their finances in order. Lutnick arrangedfor Neuberger Berman, a money manager division ofLehman Brothers, to provide financial advice for thefamilies at GREATLY REDUCED FEES. [H: Sureyou aren’t yet sick?]

“Howard said brokers drive around in limousines,”Horwitz said in describing one such meeting lastmonth, “but it shouldn’t be from the Cantor families.”

[H: Please don’t get turned off yet, keepreading about the suffering and “saving” goin’ on’round here.]

Cantor Fitzgerald recently joined a long list ofplaintiffs who have filed suit against Saudi Arabianofficials, accusing them of playing a role in financingthe terrorist attacks. [H: Ah, could this be a reasonVK got so worked up, but then surely, SHEWOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED, don’t youthink? VK claims to know all about thosebackers of the terrorists!]

Lutnick has undertaken all this even as hecontinues to run a company that has been forced toremake itself after losing most of its New Yorkemployees in the attack.

The firm now has 1,850 employees worldwide,down from more than 2,000 before the terroristattacks.

For new and old employees, thoughts of thetragedy are ever present. With Cantor donating ashare of its profits to the families, everyone whoworks there has an added motivation to do well, saidIrwin Goldman [H: Who?], who joined Cantor lastyear to lead the company’s new efforts in bond tradingand money management. “There’s almost a sorrowfulpassing that is an underlying driving force,” Goldmansaid.

Lutnick said the privately held Cantor was havinga good year, on track to achieve gains in profits ofmore than 20 percent over 2003, matching its advancelast year.

Some of that growth is from Cantor’s stockdivision, which was less disrupted than many ofCantor’s businesses after the terrorist attack, saidPhilip Marber [H: Who?], president of the unit,because it had a number of key employees at otherlocations.

Cantor’s is looking at other ways to expand thestock business, branching into electronic trading andinvestment banking two months ago, Marber said,raising $146 million for Top Tankers, a shippingcompany. [H: Surely all are equal-opportunitycorporations at the top levels of management?]

Cantor is also building from scratch a bond tradingdivision that will cater to investment firms, and plansto offer hedge funds to its clients. [H: Sick? NO—

INSANE! But, “gotcha good” as it goes.]How successful these ventures will be remains to

be seen, especially since they are being started at atough time for Wall Street. But that has made iteasier for Cantor to recruit new employees, saidGoldman, who came out of retirement last year to runthe new ventures.

“It’s very rare,” he said, “to have a firm withsuch a good reputation and brand name—and at thesame time have a blank slate.” [H: Oh gosh,indeed!]

Cantor’s subsidiary, e-Speed, an electronic traderof government bonds that is listed as a publiccompany, has had its ups and downs since 9/11. Thecompany, which turned profitable at the end of 2001,said recently that it expected this year’s earnings to belower than it has previously projected because of aprice war with other firms.

The price of e-Speed’s shares, which rose from alow of $5 A SHARE FOLLOWING THETERRORIST ATTACK TO A HIGH OF $27.60LAST NOVEMBER, have fallen 59 percent this yearto $9.58 a share. [H: Ah but of course no one butthe “little sucker” got snookered? And theyconvicted poor little Martha?]

Lutnick, who is also chief executive of e-Speed,was quick to defend its performance, noting that e-Speed is adding to the mix of financial instruments ittrades on its network, including foreign exchange andmortgage backed securities.

“There are competitive issues e-Speed faces,”Lutnick said. But after the World Trade Centertragedy, ordinary business pressures loom less large.The company, Lutnick said, “has certainly faced moredifficult situations.”

Not abad outcome if you can get it—and you can get it ifyou try... it seems. The “screw-you’s” don’t evenslow up a bit while the lies just flow on and on and on.

Funny thing about those Russian kids in the big“take-out” fiasco of this week. What does the U.S.say? Well, try for beginners that they insist on callingthe perpetrators “rebels” who should be diplomaticallyhandled by Russia and Mr. Putin. The U.S. justlabels everyone around, guilty or innocent, terrorists andgives you “homeland security” in all its gloriousprotection racket of the Elite Banksters-Brokers of theIBC ilk. So be it—too late informed?

Good for old Cantor F. and may they do right byold VK in restoring her non-existent “Trust”. What doyou think the odds might be in such a “recovery”?

By the way, just how easy do you now think itmight be to get THIS job done in these days of insanemanipulations by a dying breed of banksters? Well, nottoo comfortable, you who seem to think otherwise andstuff stones in the cannon while firing at will andrandom.

RUSSIAN OBSERVATIONS—TERRORISTS, REBELS

AND RUN FOR THE NUT HOUSE, CITIZEN!

I will well want to address the 911 “stuff” and theidiots expounding on the “anniversary celebrations” ofsuch an incident, but today it is far from the“important” focus as life has moved on to more anddifferent terrors.

Drawing into the loop of planned chaos was abombing of the Australian embassy in Jakarta,Indonesia two days ago. This happened whileMegawatti (head of Indonesia but up for election re-run NOW) was off enjoying the Prince of Brunei’swedding in BANDAR, Darussalam-Brunei, as was, ofcourse, the queen of the Philippines, Gloria.

The blast took out, along with death, damage andterror, many of the nearby buildings to great extent—you know, other foreign embassies. It looked like thesame bunch of criminals who damaged Bali and theMarriot in Jakarta over the past months.

Ah indeed, those “Q” groups of inferior terroristsas acclaimed by the would-be world controllers—andwho were TRAINED BY THE U.S. CIA ANDISRAEL’S MOSSAD. Again, “oh well”. Just goahead and blame the “shadow” or whomever youchoose—but count your days of comfort as the noosetightens—on your necks.

In Beslan, Russian terrorists killed hundreds, shootingescaping students they hostaged at a school, blowing upscores of children with them as hostage-takers wrappedin bombs exploded themselves or were exploded byremote control by their bloodthirsty leaders. [H: How isthat for “trusting your bother”?]

In the Philippines, a father runs amuck frompoverty, grabbing his one-year-old son in his frenzy andjumps off from a pedestrian overpass killing the child—one of the countless in the stream of stories of parentsgoing crazy from impoverishment and taking theirchildren with them to a quicker and kinder death thanstarvation.

Although the scene in Russia constitutes massmurder of almost 200 children in a short two-dayperiod and appears incomparably heinous, what ishappening in the Philippines where we have almostweekly stories of mothers or fathers killing their ownchildren and themselves from desperation born ofjoblessness, hunger and hopelessness is arguably ascruel and horrendous. Yet, what most people’s eyesmiss while watching these scenes of murder is theunifying hand behind all of these grizzly events thatviolate the most basic values of humankind—that handis the hand of the children of Satan.

Some Western analysts attempt to reduce it tosimply the issue of ethnic independence for Chechnya,but that is myopic and Western-centered. We shouldlook at it in the geopolitical perspective of the classic“Great Games” that Western expansionists who viewthe control of the Caucasus as part of the struggle tocontrol the Eurasian Continent, the OIL of CENTRALASIA and to reduce and control the great power thatis Russia. The perceptive will note that the CNN andBBC coverage of the Beslan incident aftermathattempts to derogate the Russian state’s response tothe situation and erode its stature.

The Russian response as reflected in the RussianNew Service (KMNews.ru) about the Beslan incidententitled: “School seizure was planned in Washingtonand London.” [H: STOP—go back and read thatagain!] Its basis is that Shamil Basayev, the brutalChechen field commander, has been linked to the

attack. The article plays up the recent association ofLondon and Washington with key representatives ofAslan Maskhadov, the terrorist Chechen leader suchas Britain’s giving asylum to Akhmad Zakayev and theUSA doing the same for Ilyas Akhmadov (foreignminister of the insurgent rebels government).

More from the report: “Akhmadov received aREAGAN-FASCELL GRANT INCLUDING AMONTHLY STIPEND, MEDICAL INSURANCEAND A WELL-EQUIPPED OFFICE WITH ALLTHE SUPPORT SERVICES THAT MIGHT BENEEDED, INCLUDING THE POSSIBILITY OFMEETINGS WITH PEOPLE FROM POLITICALCIRCLES AND LEADING US MEDIA. Andno, I AM NOT here to tell you how you feel thismorning or what to eat or not eat for breakfast. IfYOU cannot decide upon those things for self, so beit.

The minute, for instance, that I say the storm willnot kill you then you will stay right in the middle of thestorm. What happens to you personally is “none ofmy business”, don’t you see? Whether or not youboard up your windows to possibly salvage glassalready in place—IS YOUR CHOICE—can’t yousee?

These are things with which, on a personal level,I won’t either intervene or interfere for it is NOT my“right” or “privilege”. All I can do is “suggest” andtry to inform you so that you gather as muchinformation as is possible, and remember, truth is truthis truth and IS. It is your task to “discern” and thatdoes not include a responsibility to JUDGE, exceptevents, actions and intent when that is shared by the“intender”.

Moreover, you will oftenfind that you can make it through better thanimagined in the midst of perceived “loss”.Sometimes a “loss” of something establishes adifferent set of circumstances, which ultimatelyallows you freedom from the anchor that “it”represented. Good is always present in everynegatively perceived experience—USE IT. Grievefor your losses in a reasonable recovery period butDO NOT LOSE YOURSELF TO THEEXPERIENCE.

When you can wisely learn to trust your truth andguidance, you will find choices ever so much the moreeasily made. What, in other words, do you want toaccomplish? Let it become reality to you and nothaphazard fidgeting about with the fiddle of brokenstrings.

You do not need KNOW IT ALL to live “as if”you do and from that wondrous realization you canmove forward instead of stagnate in the quicksand offear. Arrogance is not KNOWING, student, so get toKNOW what is “so” and not what you conjure fromthe manifest pull of luxury, status or assets. Yes, youcertainly can attain abundance and remain “goodly” inevery way. In that way you always prosper yourbrother as well. In the meanwhile, however, you mustalso remain a good steward and responsible and not ahandout hub.

When you perceive that God must give youeverything for which you ask or want—know that theresults are purely Satanic (Santa Claus mentality).Satan manipulates the manifest world physical andcaptures your very spirit (soul) the minute YOU GIVEOPPORTUNITY. I wish, however, to state right here that I am nottouting anything of more recent nature since thePleiadian contacts ceased and Billy became a receivingcenter for those he calls Plejarens. No, they are NOTPleiadians and for many reasons not given here, I donot truly acknowledge such entities.

What I would share here is from the year 1987,which was a very big year when many contacts weremade, myself included. Those who suggest firstcontact is yet to come should very carefully re-counttheir time. We have already shared these veryprophecies with you and would suggest if you wantbackup that you refer to those early Journals on thetopic.

Why we offer this now is greatly in respect forNexus Magazine who dares to offer controversialinformation and has given us permission, if we give fullcredit, to use their information for non-profit (no pun)purposes. This does not mean that we fail to honorthose who present or represent the information or theauthor-receiver.

Since there is always so much more interest inhaving something physically Earthly to which to referI would suggest that we simply ask our Editor toretrieve the information directly and save Finger’sfingers.

This is much as in the case of other genuinereceivers in that too often the play is stolen along withthe truth.

Combine this unprecedented evidence and all ofthe following with the still irreproducible, scientificallyauthenticated physical evidence, and you mayunderstand why this remarkable one-armed man, whohas been the target of 19 documented assassinationattempts, stands at the centre of the most importantstory in all of human history.

In the following article I give the numbers anddates of specific contacts between Billy Meier and thePlejaren, and then an overview of the informationcontained in each contact. ABSENCE OFERRONEOUS PROPHETIC INFORMATION

If, as some people might think, Meier somehowguessed or fabricated all of this specific, propheticallyaccurate information, it would be logical to assume thatthere would have to be an even more enormous bodyof randomly generated erroneous information.

Unfortunately for the sceptics, there simply is nosuch voluminous body of inaccurate work. And it’seasy to prove this, since most of the informationvalidated so far has been culled from a couple ofthousand pages of the earliest English translations ofthe Contact Reports, published by Meier primarilybetween 1975 and 1979, with additional informationexcerpted from contacts in the 1980s and 1990s. Letme also add that there are still thousands of pages ofuntranslated German texts and some unofficial Englishtranslations that contain additional, already published,prophetic information awaiting scrutiny.

What Does It Mean to Us?Meier and his extraterrestrial friends seem to be

able to predict, i.e., accurately calculate, the results ofcausal actions known to them, originating fromhumanity and/or nature and the cosmos. And theyhave made it clear that certain prophesied (undesired)events can still be changed for the better—if humanityrecognises its errors and makes sufficient effort in thecorrect, positive direction to alter those outcomes thatcan still be changed.

Quetzal: …Before I give you a clear account ofthe prophecies of Henoch, I would like to point out thatprophecies are always changeable and can be changedfor the better if man makes positive changes in histhoughts, feelings and actions, leading to that which isbetter and positively progressive. Prophecies alwaysrest upon specific causes; these again result in certaineffects, whereby these effects can be changed at anytime if only the preceding causes are changed in theirform. Therefore, it is possible that negative or evilprophecies do not have to be fulfilled if the precedingcauses will be purposely changed in a manner thatpositivity and good develop instead of negativity andevil.

However, this does not apply to predictions, asthese rest upon events that cannot be changed, areinevitable and surely and definitely will occur in thefuture. Predictions rest upon a preview and thus ona direct viewing of the future, and have to do withneither prophecy nor with calculation of probability.So when I make a portion of Henoch’s prophecies forthe third millennium known to you, it does not meanthat they have to be fulfilled, because the prerequisiteof fulfilment in each case would be that the alreadyexisting causes continue to exist as also continue to becreated in the future so that a fulfilment of theprophecies can come to pass.

Thus, provided that human beings of Earth willbecome reasonable, the possibility exists that by areasonable change in the way of thinking as well as areasonable development in feeling and an equallyreasonable way of acting, everything changes for thebetter and positive, whereby prophecies do not have tobe fulfilled. However, if this transformation does notoccur, a very evil, wicked and negative time lies aheadfor the Earth and its entire population in the comingnew millennium.

Billy Meier: Since the Second World War, thethoughts, feelings and actions of the human being of

Earth have changed much towards the positive andgood, but all that achieved is not enough in my opinion,as the great transformation towards the better has notbeen achieved yet, neither by the mighty of this worldnor all of mankind of Earth itself. In the years goneby, you have made many predictions and calculationsof probability as well as mentioned prophetic factsconcerning the economic, military and political situationon Earth, whereby I was requested to spread thisinformation—which I indeed have done. Governmentsand newspapers, radio stations as well as TV stationsand many private persons worldwide were informed byme. Quetzal: You apparently never give up hope.Your optimism is honourable and deserves to be heardby human beings, but the way things have developedthroughout this century there is not too much hope thathuman beings of Earth will come to their senses andheed your words. This will then be the case onlywhen the prophecies prove to be true or, even worse,have already come to pass. Billy: Semjase and Ptaah already explained this tome. But tell us now what the new millennium willbring to human beings of Earth and the planet Earthaccording to the prophecies of Henoch.

Quetzal: I will do that in a moment, but I wouldlike to explain before beginning that I am notauthorised to give exact indication of years in anofficial manner.

If the human being of Earth continues to live inthe same way as he has done up to now—forming histhoughts and feelings in the same manner, indulging inthe same actions as he has hitherto—then the wordsof the prophecies of Henoch could not be any clearer.

The point in time at which these prophecies willbegin to be fulfilled will be when a Pope will no longerreside in Rome. All of Europe will then fall victim toa terrible punishment by evil powers. The Christianreligion will collapse and the churches and monasterieswill end up in ruins and ashes.

Monstrous forces will be created by science andwill be released by the military forces and armies aswell as by terrorists, causing great destruction.Millions and even billions of people will be killed byacts of terrorism, by wars and civil wars; and finally,in some parts of the world, every third human being,and, in other places, every fourth human being, willlose his or her life. The nations of the East will riseagainst the nations of the West, the West against theEast. Many deaths will be inflicted upon the people

by fighter and bomber aircraft, and bombs and rocketswill destroy and annihilate smaller and larger villagesand cities.

The people will be completely powerless against allthis and will live through 888 days of Hell on Earth,suffering hunger and plagues which will claim evenmore lives than the war itself. The time will be severeas never before experienced on Earth. Ultimately,nothing can be bought or sold any longer. Allprovisions will be rationed; and if a human being stealseven a small piece of bread, he/she will have to payfor it with his/her life. Many waters will mix withhuman blood and turn red, as once in the past the Nilein Egypt turned red with blood.

And it will be that the fanatics of Islam will riseup against the countries of Europe and all will shakeand quiver. Everything in the West will be destroyed;England will be conquered and thrown down to thelowest level of misery. And the fanatics and warriorsof Islam will retain their power for a long time.However, not only Europe will be affected butultimately all the countries and peoples of the Earth, asthe great horror expands to a war that will encompassthe entire world.

After the turn of the millennium, the papacy willexist only a short period. Pope John Paul II is thethird from last in this position. After him, only oneadditional pontificate will follow. Then a PontifexMaximus follows who will be known as PetrusRomanus. Under his religious rule, the end of theCatholic Church will come, a total collapse becominginevitable. That will be the beginning of the worstcatastrophe that will ever have befallen the humanbeings and the Earth. Many Catholic clerics, priests,bishops, cardinals and many others will be killed andtheir blood will flow in streams. But also the reformedversion of Christianity will become just as infinitelysmall, as does Catholicism.

Horrifying weapons and a possible world warDue to the fault of scientists, enormous power will

be seized by the power-hungry and their military, theirwarriors and terrorists, and power will be seized aswell through laser weapons of many types, but also viaatomic, chemical and biological weapons. Alsoconcerning genetic technology, enormous misuse willoccur, because this will be unrestrainedly exploited forthe purposes of war, not lastly due to the cloning ofhuman beings for warring purposes, as this waspractised in ancient times with the descendants ofHenoch in the regions of Sirius.

However, this will not be all of the horrors; asbesides the genetic technology and the chemicalweapons, far worse and more dangerous and moredeadly weapons of mass destruction will be producedand will be used. The irresponsible politicians willunscrupulously exercise their power, assisted byscientists and obedient military forces serving them,who together hold a deadly sceptre and will createclone-like beings which will be bred in a total lack ofconscience and will be scientifically manipulated tobecome killer machines. Division by division anddevoid of any feelings, they will destroy, murder andannihilate everything.

The USA will set out against the Eastern countriesahead of all other financial states and simultaneouslyshe will have to defend herself against the Easternintruders. In all, America will play the most decisiverole, when in the guise to strive for peace and to fightagainst terrorism she invades many countries of theEarth, bombs and destroys everything and bringsthousandfold deaths to the populations. The militarypolitics of the USA will likewise know no limits, asneither will their economic and other political

institutions which will be focused on building andoperating a world police force, as it is the case alreadyfor a long time [sic]. But that will not be enough, and,in the guise of a so-called peaceful globalisation,American politics will aspire to gain absolute control ofthe world concerning supremacy in economy.

And this will point towards the possibility that aThird World War could develop from it, if humanbeings as a whole will not finally reflect upon reason,become reasonable and undertake the necessary stepsagainst the insane machinations of their governmentsand military powers as well as their secret services,and call a halt to the power of the irresponsible whohave forsaken their responsibility in all areas.

If this does not happen, many small and greatnations will lose their independence and their culturalidentity and will be beaten down, because the USAwill gain predominance over them and with evil forcebring them down under her rule. At first, manycountries will howl with the wolves of the U.S.,partially due to fear of American aggressions andsanctions, as will be the case with many, manyirresponsible [ones] in Switzerland and Germany butalso of other countries. In part, others will join inbecause they will be forced somehow to do so or willbe misled by irresponsible promoters of Americanpropaganda.

Finally, many Asian, African and European stateswill rise up against the American hegemony, once theyrecognise that the United States of America is onlytaking advantage of them for purposes of war,conquest and exploitation. In this way, many countrieswill become puppet states of America before reasonand realisation will emerge in the responsible ones ofgovernments and in many of the population, resultingin a turning away from the USA.

However, the great war will hardly be avoidablebecause the human beings of Earth will probably notaccept the directions towards the better, therewithtowards true love, true freedom and real peace,striving instead only towards wealth, pleasure andriches and for all manner of material values andunrestricted power. Thus, huge and deadly formationsof tanks will roll across the countries while fighterplanes and rockets sweep through the air and bringdeath, ruin, destruction and annihilation to countries andpeople.

If the Third World War will actually happen—ascalculations and observations appear to indicate to beprobable now and also during the approaching fewdecades—then, as now, the civilian population willabove all have to bear the brunt of the enormoussuffering in tremendous numbers in this entirecatastrophe and, last but not least, the fault of theirresponsible scientists who by cloning will createhuman machines for military purposes, devoid ofconscience and feelings, and will create immenselydeadly and all-annihilating computer-like weapons. Atthe same time, the danger could become reality that thehuman combat machines, the military clones, will gaintheir independence and under their own managementwill bring death, devastation, destruction andannihilation to the human beings of Earth and to theplanet.

The entire planet will become an arena ofunparalleled suffering, which will never have existedbefore on Earth up to that time. The cruel happeningswill last about 888 days and cause civilisation tocollapse. Yet, the terrible scenario will continue, andepidemics and various diseases as well as enormousfamine will be spread among the people, while theeconomy of the world will totally collapse and therewill be no possibility to produce any goods. All foods

and medications will be rationed.The insanity of war will extend not only across the

land, but the disaster will equally be spread to theoceans, into the atmosphere, even into outer space.But there will also be settlements under the ocean thatwill be developed in the course of the future and thesewill be attacked and destroyed, claiming the lives ofmany thousands of people. However, a certainmaelstrom of destruction will also originate from theundersea facilities; because in the cities at the bottomof the ocean, groups of submarine pirates will beformed which will burst upwards from the depths ofthe ocean and will become involved in destructiveactions of combat with naval units on the surface.

And at this time, the possibility could becomereality that extraterrestrial forces intervene against theWestern industrialised countries, because these will beresponsible for the extreme and enormous disaster ofthe coming evil times. These extraterrestrial forces willgive up their anonymity and their state of secrecy andwill assist those who are being terrorised by theirresponsibly acting Western countries, should thispossibility become reality.

In addition, apocalyptic natural catastrophes willoccur which will cause all of Europe to shake andtremble; but Europe will continue to exist, even afterhaving suffered enormous destruction.

Destruction in North AmericaFar in the West, it will be different; the United

States of America will be a country of totaldestruction. The cause for this will be manifold. Withher global conflicts which are continuously instigated byher and which will continue far into the future,America is creating enormous hatred against her,worldwide, in many countries. As a result, Americawill experience enormous catastrophes which willreach proportions barely imaginable to people of Earth.The destruction of the WTC, i.e., the World TradeCenter, by terrorists will only be the beginning.

Yet all the apocalyptic events will not only bebrought about due to the use of unbelievably deadlyand destructive weapons—such as chemical, laser andothers—and by cloned murder machines; but inaddition to this, the Earth and nature, maltreated to thedeepest depths by the irresponsible human beings ofEarth, will rise up and cause destruction and bringdeath onto the Earth. Enormous firestorms andgigantic hurricanes will sweep over the USA and bringdevastation, destruction and annihilation, as this fromtime immemorial never before will have happened [sic].

Not only will America, but also all other Westernindustrial countries which still live at the beginning ofthe new millennium in the delusion that they coulddominate and rule over underdeveloped nations, i.e.,Third World countries, will not only soon lose influenceover these but must defend themselves against them.

According to the prophecies of Henoch, the truthabout industrialised countries is that they only seem toappear to be true civilisations, but in fact they are not;because more and more, at the end of the 20th centuryand at the beginning of the third millennium, they willdisregard all true love, true freedom and true wisdomas well as true peace along with all values ofhumaneness and all values of men’s and women’s truebeing.

But not even all the terrible happenings will hinderthe USA in continuing to proceed with her actionsagainst all countries. Even when the North Americancontinent will be stricken by the most terriblecatastrophe which has ever been recorded, evil militarypowers will wreak havoc with computerised andnuclear, biological and chemical weapons, whereby itwill also happen that computerised weapons become

independent and cannot be controlled any longer byhuman beings. Overall, this is the most important partof Henoch’s prophecies.

Epidemics, conflicts and disastersBilly: There is still more to it; at least that is what

you told me.Quetzal: You are untiring; so I will point out a

few more important facts of the prophecies. As ofnow, new epidemics have spread among the people ofEarth; however, as Henoch prophesied, quite a numberof further epidemics will follow. Not only AIDS willoccur worldwide in the 1990s, but also epidemics suchas the so-called “mad cow disease”, i.e., BSE, out ofwhich different strains of Creutzfeldt–Jakob syndromewill develop, lasting well into the new millennium.Also, an epidemic known as Ebola will cause manydeaths, as well as other unknown epidemics anddiseases which will sporadically arise in epidemicproportions and will be new to the human being,causing great concern.

However, most of the evil will be brought about bypolitics. France and Spain become involved with eachother in armed conflicts, and even before World WarThree will have broken out. Yet France will not onlyengage in armed conflicts with Spain, for within hergreat unrests will arise, leading to upheavals and civilwar, as [will be] the case in Russia and Sweden.Especially in France and Sweden, machinations as wellas dictatorial regulations of the European Union willcause much unrest and many uprisings; but alsocrimes committed by gangs and organised criminalelements in these countries will cause unavoidable civilwars.

In addition, significant tensions will arise betweenthe native citizens and immigrants from foreigncountries, who as a rule also observe religious beliefsdifferent from those of the native populace. And inthe end, this will lead to severe conflicts. Hatredagainst strangers, foreigners and people of differentreligious beliefs will be the order of the day, as wellas the rise of neo-Nazism, terrorism and right-extremism. Conditions similar to civil war will be inEngland, Wales and Northern Ireland and claim manylives.

The Soviet Union will be dissolved in this decadeor at the latest by the beginning of the next. The mandecisive for this action will be Mikhail Gorbachev.But this will not lead to rest, because the new Russiawill continue its longstanding conflict with China overInner Mongolia, with the result that Russia will lose aportion of this territory to China. And China becomesdangerous, especially to India, as also at this timeChina maintains uneasy relations with her. China willattack India; and if biological weapons are used,around 30 million human beings will be killed in thearea of and around New Delhi alone. However, thiswill not be the end yet—because the effect ofbiological bombs and missiles, etc., used cannot becontrolled at that time, and terrible epidemics unknownup to that point in time will arise and will spreadquickly to many areas. Also Pakistan will allowherself to be misled to instigate a war against India,which will be especially dangerous in view of the factthat both countries are developing atomic weapons.

Wars and devastation inEurope and North America

Yet Russia will not rest and will attackScandinavia, and in doing so will embroil all of Europe.And months before that, a terrible tornado will haveswept across northern Europe, causing greatdevastation and destruction. It must still be stated thatthe Russian attack will occur during the summer, infact, starting from Arhangelsk. Denmark will not be

dragged into the war, due to the insignificance of thiscountry. Yet Russia will not be satisfied with thisaction of war, as her will for expansion will beravenous. And consequently Russia will launch amilitary attack against Iran and Turkey and will conquerthese two countries in bloody fighting, causingenormous destruction.

In the Russian expansionist mentality will also beincluded the drive to gain control of the Middle Easternoil deposits as well as to gain control of thesoutheastern region of Europe. Therefore, she willalso invade the Balkans and conquer these countriesthere in enormous battles, causing ruthless anddevastating destruction with many deaths.

This will be at the time that tremendous naturaldisasters will hit Italy and its people, causing severehardship. But this will also be at the time whenVesuvius could become active again and could spreadtremendous havoc. At the same time, a war willshake Italy and claim many human lives as well ascause great destruction.

Destruction of war will descend on the northerncountries as strong military forces will invade themfrom the East and will pillage and murder as well asuse bombs and missiles, like hail coming down, andhitherto unknown weapons of laser- and computer-controlled types which will destroy and annihilateeverything, whereby the first target will be Hungaryand after that will follow Austria and northern Italy.Switzerland will also be severely affected, but will notbe the actual target; this will be France and Spain.However, the main objective of the aggressors will beto bring all of Europe under their military control, andfor that purpose France will be selected to be theheadquarters.

France will not only be invaded by the aggressorsfrom the outside, but will also be conquered fromwithin as a result of collaborative forces and otherforces. This can be envisioned as being the manyforeigners of a different religion living in France at thattime, and specifically Islam, which will be this forceworking from within. Once France has fallen, a warto conquer Spain and England will take place.Subsequently, an alliance with the forces of theaggressors will be formed, which will invadeScandinavia.

For all these French-based military operations, theweapons of mass destruction stored in the arsenals ofFrance will be used and cause evil devastation,destruction and annihilation. The aggressors from theEast will force the French Army to join their militaryforces and lead a war of conquest against the northerncountries of Europe, invading and conquering Swedenand Norway. Subsequently, these northern countrieswill be annexed by Russia. Military forces will alsoattack Finland, whereby many will be killed and anenormous destruction will be caused.

At the same time, as a civil war rages inGermany, an enormously bloody revolution will breakout in England which will claim more lives than will beclaimed by the civil war in Germany. And becauseEngland and Ireland have been at war for a long timealready, due to the IRA and the police and militaryforces of England, the result will be (because this feudwill continue up to that time) that this revolution willspread out to all of Ireland, especially affectingNorthern Ireland. Many lives will be lost during a civilwar in Wales, where differences between variousparties will arise before the Third World War. Welshand English forces will clash especially near Cymru,and claim many lives and cause great destruction.

But death, destruction and annihilation will not onlyrage in Europe but also in America, where much

suffering will have to be endured and many deaths aswell as destruction and annihilation will be. Americaand Russia will have the most terrible weapons ofmass destruction at their disposal—a fact which isalready the case to a certain extent today—and willclash with violent force against each other at that timeof conflict, whereby Canada will also be dragged intothis conflict. The source of this conflict willsubstantiate the Russian attack on the American Stateof Alaska and against Canada.

This conflict will result in mass killings of humanbeings as well as devastating destruction, annihilationand epidemics, etc., which mankind of Earth will neverhave seen and experienced up to that time. Not onlynuclear, biological and chemical weapons will be useden masse, but also enormously deadly systems ofcomputer-controlled weapons that are only in thebeginning stages of development today, or will beinvented and constructed during the third millennium.

Worldwide natural catastrophesAs already mentioned, enormous natural

catastrophes and rolling walls of fire and violenthurricanes will rage all across America, while, inaddition, all the terrible effects of war will bringthousandfold deaths, destruction and annihilation.America’s largest cities will be absolutely destroyed,and firestorms will cause great disaster and misery.

Severe earthquakes and volcanic eruptions willalso belong to that time, and these will cause muchsuffering and misery and deaths besides enormousdestruction and devastation, as all of Nature and theplanet itself will rise up against the insanity of humanbeings on Earth. However, tornadoes, earthquakesand volcanic eruptions will not only rage in America,but also in Europe and in the rest of the world.

These activities have already begun at the presenttime, also during the past decades—with the exceptionthat they will become increasingly more devastating inthe future. And man of Earth is guilty for the mostpart today, as also in the future it is man who willdestroy the entire environment—all of nature, theatmosphere, water and all the resources of the planet.

And through this, a shifting of weight inside theEarth takes place, caused for example by the creationof gigantic lakes by damming and by creating hollowcaverns due to the exploitation of petroleum and gas,etc. And thereby unnatural inner-Earth movementsare created, which also lead to unnatural tectoniceffects and cause earthquakes and volcanic eruptions,which also in turn cause enormous climatic changes,resulting in horrendous tornadoes of devastatingproportions which in the end will set their destructiveenergies free on the entire world. All of this will leadto increasingly horrible floods and unusually massivesnowfalls which will advance to the southern countriesand finally even to the equatorial regions, becausethrough the insanity of human beings the Earth hasbegun unnoticeably to spin [strangely] as aconsequence of atomic explosions inside and on thesurface of the Earth. And this will be the reason thatthe planet will slowly but surely enter an extraordinaryspinning orbit around the Sun, while the first phase isalready occurring, which causes a change in climate,leading to a new ice age.

Civil wars and anarchy in AmericaYet the misery on Earth will continue, as two

terrible civil wars will break out in America,whereby one will follow the other. Afterwards, theUnited States of America will break apart anddeadly hostility will prevail among her, which thenleads to the division into five different territories;and it cannot be prevented that sectarian fanaticswill play a dictatorial role.

Anarchy will be the worldwide condition thatwill prevail and torment human beings over a longperiod of time, as human beings will also betormented by the many epidemics and diseases,many of them new and unknown to human beingsand for this reason incurable. Due to this fact, thebodies of many human beings will slowly andmiserably decay, while unbearable pain will alsooccur as well as blindness and terrible respiratoryproblems that lead to suffocation. Theconsciousness of many human beings will becomeimpaired and succumb to feeblemindedness andinsanity. And all these gruesome occurrences willbe traceable to biological and chemical weapons,which are the cause of not fast, but gruesome andslow deaths; and this will also occur due to the useof ray and frequency weapons which are alreadybeing developed today.

Finally, the words of Henoch may bespecifically mentioned, which include that mankindof Earth, in pursuit of technology for massdestruction and greed for power, hatred, vengeanceand riches, will ignore all values of Creation andwill trample upon all values of love, wisdom,freedom and peace, as ancestors of the Henochlineage have done before, to plunge the world intoscreaming misery, death, destruction and annihilationand into the most severe catastrophes mankind ofEarth will ever have experienced.

RUSSIANS BLAST US-UK SPONSORSHIPOF CHECHEN TERROR

...There are now signs that the Anglo-American pressis beginning a new campaign against Putin as a dictator,stressing the obvious in order to silence his attacks on theUS-UK sponsorship of Chechen terror.

…“There is no link between Russian policy inChechnya and the hostage-taking in Beslan,” said Putin,meaning that the terrorists were using the Chechensituation as a pretext to attack Russia. According to aparaphrase in Le Monde: “The aim of that internationalterrorism, supported more or less openly by foreign states,whose names the Russian president didn’t want to name,is to weaken Russia from the inside, by criminalizing itseconomy, by provoking its disintegration throughpropagating separatism in the Caucasus and thetransformation of the region into a staging ground foractions directed against the Russian Federation.”

“Mr. Putin,” continues Le Monde, “reiterated theaccusation he had launched in a veiled form againstWestern countries which appear to use double-talk....‘Why are those who emulate Bin Laden called terrorists andthe people who kill children, rebels? Where is the logic?’asked Vladimir Putin, and then gave the answer: ‘Becausecertain political circles in the West want to weaken Russiajust like the Romans wanted to destroy Carthage.’ ‘But,continued Putin, “we will not allow this scenario tocome to pass.’”

...In Guardian correspondent Jonathan Steele’saccount of the meeting with Putin, this is the RussianPresident’s response to the US and UK on the question ofnegotiating with the Chechen guerrillas of AslanMaskhadov: “Why don’t you meet Osama bin Laden,invite him to Brussels or to the White House and engagein talks, ask him what he wants and give it to him so heleaves you in peace? You find it possible to set somelimitations in your dealings with these bastards, so whyshould we talk to people who are child-killers?” (LondonGuardian, September 7, 2004)

…The key point is that the Russian press is nowopenly denouncing London and Washington as centers forterrorist control....

…Around the time of 9/11, Putin had pointed to openrecruitment of Chechen terrorists going on in London,telling a German interviewer: “In London, there is arecruitment station for people wanting to join combat inChechnya. Today—not officially, but effectively in theopen—they are talking there about recruiting volunteers togo to Afghanistan.” (Focus—German weeklynewsmagazine, September 2001) In addition, it is generallyknown in well-informed European circles that the leadersof the Chechen rebels were trained by the CIA, and thatthe Chechens were backed by US-sponsored anti-Russianfighters from Afghanistan….

Some aspects of Putin’s thinking were furtherexplained by a press interview given by AslambekAslakhanov, the Chechen politician who is one of Putin’sofficial advisors. A dispatch from RIA Novosti reportedAslakhanov’s comments as follows: “The terrorists whoseized the school in Beslan, North Ossetia, took their ordersfrom abroad. ‘They were talking with people not fromRussia, but from abroad. They were being directed,’ said

Aslambek Aslakhanov, advisor to the President of theRussian Federation. ‘It is the desire of our “friends”—inquotation marks—who have probably for more than adecade been carrying out enormous, titanic work, aimedat dismembering Russia. These people have worked veryhard, and the fact that the financing comes from there andthat they are the puppet masters, is also clear.”… (RIANovosti, September 6, 2004)

On September 7, RIA Novosti reported on the demandof the Russian Foreign Ministry that two leading Chechenfigures be extradited from London and Washington tostand trial in Russia.... They are Akhmad Zakayev, knownas a “special representative” of Aslan Maskhadov (currentlyenjoying asylum in London), and Ilyas Akhmadov, the“Foreign Minister” of the unrecognized “Chechen Republic-Ichkeria” (now residing in the USA). (RIA Novosti,September 7, 2004)

“SCHOOL SEIZURE WAS PLANNED INWASHINGTON AND LONDON”

This was the headline of an even more explicitunsigned commentary by the Russian news agencyKMNews.ru. This analysis blames the Beslan schoolmassacre squarely on the U.S. and British intelligenceagencies….

KMNews: “CHECHEN TERROR BOSS ON USSTATE DEPARTMENT PAYROLL”

KMNews writes: “In early August, ... ‘Minister ofForeign Affairs of the Chechen Republic-Ichkeria’ IlyasAkhmadov received political asylum in the USA. And forhis ‘outstanding services’ Akhmadov received a Reagan-Fascell grant,” including a monthly stipend, medicalinsurance, and a well-equipped office with all necessarysupport services, including the possibility of meetings withpolitical circles and leading U.S. media....” What about ourpartners in the ‘anti-terrorist coalition,’ who providedasylum, offices and money to Maskhadov’srepresentatives?” asks the Russian press agency. Citingthe official expressions of sympathy and offers of helpfrom President Bush, National Security AdviserCondoleezza Rice, and State Department spokesmanRichard Boucher, KMNews warns: “But let’s not shedtears of gratitude just yet. First we should ask: Were‘Special Representative of the President of CRI’ Zakayevor ‘Minister of Foreign Affairs of the CRI’ Akhmadov,located in Great Britain and the USA, aware of the terroristacts that were in preparation? Beyond a doubt. And let’salso find out how Akhmadov is spending the moneyprovided by the Reagan-Fascell Foundation. We note:This Foundation is financed by the U.S. Congress throughthe budget of the State Department! “Thus, the conclusionis obvious. Willingly or not, Downing Street and theWhite House provoked the guerrillas to these latestattacks…. Is there a motive for the Anglo-American ‘anti-terrorist coalition’ to fan the fires of terror in the NorthCaucasus?” “Alas, there is a motive. It is no secret, thatthe West is vitally interested in maintaining instability in theCaucasus. That makes it easier to pump out the fossilfuels, extracted in the Caspian region, and it makes it easierto control Georgia and Azerbaijan, and to exert influenceon Armenia. Finally, it makes it easier to drive Russia outof the Caspian and the Caucasus. Divide et impera!…”

KMNews: TERROR SUPPORTERS “ON THE BANKSOF THE THAMES AND THE POTOMAC”

KMNews continues: “Alas, it must be recognized thatthe co-authors of the current tragic events are to be foundnot in the Arab countries of the Middle East, but on thebanks of the Thames and the Potomac. Will theleadership of Russia be able to make decisions, in thissituation?” “Yes—if there is the political will. The firstthing is that black must be called black, and white, white.It is time to admit that no ‘antiterrorist coalition’ exists,that the West is pursuing its egotistical interests (spreadingits political influence, seizing fossil fuels deposits, etc.).Our own coalition needs to be formed, with nations thatare genuinely interested in eliminating terror… It is time

to learn to make preemptive strikes against theenemy, and it’s time to carry combat onto theterritory of the enemy. Otherwise, we shall bedefeated.” (Source: KMNews.ru, September 7, 2004)

…A commentary in the widely read Russian businessnews service RosBusinessConsult (RBC) was entitled, “TheWest is unleashing Jihads against Russia.” In languageseldom heard since the end of the Cold War, RBC chargesthat the recent wave of terror attacks against Russia,beginning with the sabotage of two airplanes and a terrorbombing at a Moscow subway station, and culminating sofar in the Beslan attack, was immediately preceded by whatRBC calls “an ultimatum from the West” for Russia to turnover the Caucasus region to “Anglo-Saxon control.”

ANGLO-SAXON TERROR ULTIMATUM TORUSSIA FROM THE LONDON ECONOMIST

“Some days prior to the onset of the series of acts ofterrorism in Russia, which has cost hundreds of lives, anumber of extremely influential Western mass-media,expressing establishment positions, issued a personalwarning to Vladimir Putin, that Russia should get out ofthe Caucasus, or else his political career would come toan end. Therefore, when the President on Saturdayspoke of a declaration of war having been madeagainst Russia, this was not just a matter of so-called‘international terrorism’... One week prior to the first actsof terrorism, the authoritative British magazine, theEconomist, which expresses the positions of GreatBritain’s establishment, formulated the Western positionconcerning the Caucasus, and above all the policy of theAnglo-Saxon elite, in a very precise manner,” RBC writes.

...The RBC editorial concludes: “...The only way toresist this, would be for Moscow to make it known, thatwe are ready to fight a new war, according to new rulesand new methods—not with mythical ‘internationalterrorists’, who do not and never existed, but with thecontrollers of the ‘insurgents and freedom fighters’; a waragainst the geopolitical puppet-masters, who are ready todestroy thousands of Russians for the sake of achievingtheir new division of the world.” (RBC, September 7,2004)

A basic reason for the US-UK surrogate warfareagainst Russia is the great Anglo-Saxon fear of acontinental bloc of the type which emerged during therun-up to Bush’s Iraq aggression. The centerpiece of thecontinental bloc is the German-Russian relationship.Washington and London fear that Russia will soonagree to accept euros in payment for its oil deliveries.This would not just prevent the Anglo-Americans fromfurther skimming off oil transactions between Russia andEurope. It would represent the beginning of the end of thedollar as the reserve currency of the world, a role whichthe battered greenback, weakened by Bush’s $500 billionyearly trade deficit and Bush’s $750 billion budget deficit,can no longer fulfill. If Russia moves to the euro, it isexpected that the Eurasian giant may be quickly followedby Iran, Indonesia, Venezuela and other countries. Thiscould put an end to the ability of the US to runastronomical foreign trade deficits, and would place thequestion of a US return to a production-based economy onthe agenda. The oil-euro question is expected to be discussedat the upcoming Russian-German economic summit....

suffered a fresh blow after Kofi Annan, the UN SecretaryGeneral, said the war in Iraq was ‘illegal’.... Mr Annansaid the war was ‘not in conformity’ with the UN SecurityCouncil or with the UN Charter.”

“Putin didn’t name any specific countries, but hiscomments appeared aimed at European and U.S. officials...
