Session Report: There is a strong need for digital transformation; digital innovations are creating fundamentally new ways of providing value to consumers, transforming the business environment and changing the underlying consumer economy. The pandemic is not a short-lived phenomenon. Companies can no longer function under the premise that things will go back to “normal”. It will not happen. Your organization should deal with things as they are now and work to address how they will continue to be. This implies an absolute necessity to prepare for greater adaptability and flexibility in the future. In a post-pandemic age, the only way an organization will be able to survive is to undergo a digital transformation that takes into account all the lifestyle, economic and market shifts that the Covid 19 has introduced the world to. Your customers are adapting, and so should you. The pandemic has made it easier for us to start transforming practices with a new, open mindset and a widespread recognition of digital transformation’s value. Businesses that had proactively invested in and executed digital transformation strategies before the pandemic were likely in a better position to weather the storm and fared better even in times of distress.
It can be said that to create a sustainable business environment, every concerned business organization should focus on the automation process by transforming their businesses digitally using latest technologies. This transformation will not only make the business sustainable but also make the customers and stakeholders satisfied. It is very clear that digital transformation is the key to future and every country should think about going
