Dear Juniors and Seniors,
We have partnered with Career Services to give
our junior and senior majors access to Wildcat Joblink. Wildcat JobLink is a
state-of-the-art career management tool, offering UA students access to
jobs, internships, and a range of other services including campus interview-
ing and resume referrals.
To access JobLink, please visit the Career Services website at https://
www.career.arizona.edu/joblink. All you need is your NETID and password
to login and take advantage of these great services.
Why is SGPP only funding juniors and seniors to have access to JobLink?
The funding comes from SGPP Program Fees, which only our junior and sen-
ior majors pay. If you are a freshman or sophomore, you are welcome to
register and pay the annual $5 fee out of pocket. Visit https://
www.career.arizona.edu/joblink to register.
I will be a junior at the end of the current semester. When can I have ac-
cess?
SGPP will be requesting access for any students who have reached 60+ cred-
its each semester after the census date (the 21st day of the semester). So, if
you will have 60+ completed credits at the end of this semester, you will be
granted access next semester after the census date.

Office of U.S. Rep. McSally Announces Wounded Warrior Fellowship
TUCSON – The office of U.S. Representative Martha McSally today announced it is accepting submissions from veterans who qualify as wounded warriors for a fellowship position to be based in either the Tucson or Sierra Vista District Office. The fellow would work with military and veteran constituents to handle veterans-related casework and act as a facilitator between constituents and federal, state, and local agencies. “We make a covenant with our veterans that we will care for them when they re-turn, and making sure we honor that commitment is one of my highest priori-ties,” said Rep. McSally. “That’s why I’m pleased to be working with the House of Representatives to help make sure veterans and military personnel living in Southern Arizona have access to our federal government and the care and ser-vices they have earned.” The Wounded Warrior Fellowship Program was established by the House of Rep-resentatives to provide employment opportunities for wounded or disabled vet-erans within member or committee offices. The program is limited to veterans who have served on active duty since September 11, 2001, with less than 20 years of service and have a minimum 30% disability rating from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Interested veterans should submit a resume, copy of the last DD214 issued, and letter from the VA indicating a 30% or greater rating (not necessary if medically retired) to [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>. More information can be found by calling the Wounded Warrior Program Office at 202-226-1965 or by visiting www.cao.house.gov<http://www.cao.house.gov>.

The James E. Rogers College of Law is pleased to announce that Senator Mark Udall will de-liver the 2015 Marks Lecture. Colorado resident Mark Udall represented the people of Colorado in the U.S. Senate from 2009 through 2014 and the 2nd Congressional District from 1999 to 2008. He also served one term in the Colorado State Legislature as a member of the General Assembly from 1997 to 1999, representing the 13th District. Sen. Udall is known for reaching across party lines to solve problems and for his willingness to work with people, including those with whom he has philosophical differences. He has championed bipartisan legislation to balance the nation's budget, protect our public lands and establish a tough, but smart, national security policy. Sen. Udall, who served on the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, led the biparti-san effort to rein in the NSA's dragnet collection of Americans' personal data. He also has been an unwavering advocate for independent oversight of the CIA. He was a leading advo-cate for releasing the Senate Intelligence Committee's study of the CIA's detention and in-terrogation program.
