SAINSBURY’S ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERSWe will be collecting vouchers for the Sainsbury’s ActiveKids scheme between 27th January – 3rd May 2016 . It’s easy to collectvouchers for Active Kids 2016. Simply shop in Sainsbury’s stores and online atsainsburys.co.uk and you will earn Active Kids vouchers on your shopping.
In Sainsbury’s Locals, you will get one voucher for every £5 you spend. You’llnotice these vouchers are larger than the ones you receive in Sainsbury’ssupermarkets and have a photograph on them. In Sainsbury’s Supermarkets you’llreceive 1 voucher for every £10 you spend.
So if you spend £40 you’ll get four vouchers, but what’s new is that they’ll all be
printed on one piece of paper. These vouchers are white and smaller in size, withno photograph on them. Vouchers can be posted in the collection box near theschool office. Thank you!

ACADEMY ANNOUNCEMENT
As you will have heard in the news the government have announced that allschools will become academies by 2022. At the heart of this decision is schoolcollaboration.
Broad Oak already has well established links with local partner schools and nowthe governing body are beginning to consider our options in the light of thisannouncement.
We fully intend to maintain our autonomy and look to like-minded schools with asimilar ethos to begin tentative discussions regarding possible future formalcollaboration.
The governors will of-course write to parents to inform you of developments and,in time, consult on any possible proposals.
PARENT PAY ‘DROP IN’SESSIONS If you are having difficulties login on toParent Pay or do not have access to theinternet, we will be providing assistanceon Mondays 9am - 9.30am in theCommunity Room.
