PROGRAM: Guild members enjoyed a “Christmas in July” spread while sharing quick gift ideas for the holidays – napkins, tree skirt, key ring decoration, cosmetic bags, bath salts, napkin rings, and decoupaged items. Sue Marlette prepares the food table with all the goodies!

PICTURE DIRECTORY: We will be producing a picture di-rectory of guild members to help get to know one another. We will attempt to get all member’s pictures by 1 October. Please see Kathy if your picture needs to be taken.

NAME THE NEWSLETTER CONTEST: Looking for a name for the monthly newsletter. Submit your ideas to the offi-cers or Kathy Solomon. Be creative!

REMINDERS: Don’t forget your fat quarter with name, block of the month, and your name tag.

QUILTS: Debbie Powell still has stacks of quilt squares available if anyone is interested in taking some and putting them together for our charity efforts. PILLOW CASES: Faith has is-sued a challenge to all guild mem-bers to make a pillow case for deliv-ery to the Ronald McDonald House. So far she has delivered 40 pillow

cases. The pillow cases are of-ten used to carry belongings home. FINISHED SIZES: Standard: 21” x 32”
