Sometimes, in a busy lifestyle, we don�t make the extra time to look after ourselves like we should. Think of a mask as your own effective spa experience at home.

Masks are highly active and helps to allow better penetration of ingredients applied beforehand. All depending on your skin type or condition, masks can be used to moisturize, detoxify, increase of circulation, strengthen, firm and to replace lost nutrients and vitamins from the skin.

MY TIP: Masks should be applied 1 � 2 x weekly and left on the skin for 15min. They are most effective when applied after a good preparation with a suitable exfoliator, which will ensure that there is no barrier on the surface and an increase in circulation will help with the penetration of the active ingredients in the mask.
