The new Emirates Islamic website

Emirates Islamic staff visit Thalassemia patientsAs part of Emirates Islamic’s community outreach programme, a staff team recently visited the Thalassemia Centre at Latifa Hospital, Dubai, where they interacted with various patients undergoing Thalassemia treatment. The Thalassemia Center in Dubai is the only such center in the UAE and GCC. Opened in 1989, the Center provides lifelong treatment services to Thalassemia patients and is renowned as one of the premier institutions in the world for the treatment of Thalassemia.

During the hospital visit, Emirates Islamic staff were introduced to the activities of the Centre, along with a briefing on Thalassemia and how the authorities are actively working to reduce the spread of this condition within the community.

Easy banking with Twitter

We are pleased to be the first Islamic bank in the UAE to launch Social Banking, offering banking services via Twitter. You can perform transactions such as balance enquiries and viewing of last five transactions with a simple tweet. To maintain privacy and confidentiality, the bank will only respond to customer queries via a direct message. Simply register your Twitter account via Emirates Islamic Online or Mobile Banking to take advantage of this new exciting service.
