Another quality finish with this Fire, Water & Gas pipe installation.

Glentworth House is one of Ashfield’s largest mansions and was built in 1886. The building is now the centre-piece of the Cardinal Freeman Retirement Village. As part of this project, Bluewater installed the Dual Pressure Reduction Valves as seen in the pictures, supplying water to Glentworth House on the Ashfield site.

Some thrilling daredevil stuff here as the tower crane drops our excavator into a tight spot at the Ashfield site.

Drummoyne - Tempo:

WELL AND TRULY OUT OF THE GROUND NOW! Work is certainly ramping up at the Drummoyne Tempo site. Lorenzo and his crew are putting in the hours to getthe job done and it’s all starting to take shape from these recent pictures….. Well done guys!!

THE LAUGHING KOOKABURRA….

Anyone driving along Victoria Road from the city could not have missed the new Laughing Kookaburra mural that now graces the North-west face of the building.

The mural is the handiwork of Dutch artist, Amok Island, who has developed such a fascination with Australian fauna and flora that he has now formed a base inFremantle, Western Australia.

Amok Island draws his inspiration from the scientific illustrations that early naturalist’s once used for identification purposes. The theme of natural exploration and conservation is a strong and constant undercurrent of his artistic practice.

Bursting with beautiful colours, the warm cream and shades of browns contrast with the accents of blue and remind passer-bys of the rich, natural beauty of the Drummoyne environment.

Ingredients: • 1 cup puree mango • 1 cup caster sugar • 2 cups self raising flour • ½ cup oil • 3 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla • Pinch of salt • Mango Sauce • 2 ripe mangoes medium size • 2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice, or to taste • 2 teaspoons superfine sugar, or to taste

Method:* Beat the sugar, oil, vanilla and egg until well blended. Add puree mango. Mix well. Then add all dry ingredients. Beat mixture until blended.

* Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 175°C or 160°C fan force 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.

Sauce:* Peel and cut flesh from mangoes, discarding pits. Put mangoes, lime juice and sugar in the smallpot. Cook until sugar dissolves. Pour into a blender or food processor puree mango until smooth. Put the sauce through a fine sieve.
