LAN Parties are events where young people gather for a night of all sorts of games, video or otherwise. People bring their own computers or gaming consoles, all of which are linked together for heaps of multiplayer games! It’s a very friendly environment where people 14 and over can enjoy themselves in a safe and relaxed place. There are multiple tournaments held for many different games, such as Call of Duty: Black Ops, Left for Dead 2, Starcraft 2, Super Smash Brothers: Brawl and Pokémon Black and White, on all different platforms, with prizes going to the winners!
Our last LAN party had over 50 attendees with the same numbers expected for the next one, although we hope to exceed that number this time! On average the people who attend are around 18 years old and are very approachable for new attendees. They are all very knowledgeable on gaming and computers so any issues which arise can be dealt with quite quickly!
So come down to Twelve25 LAN in Salisbury for some competitive and casual gaming, meet new people, win some prizes and just have a good time!
The next Twelve25 LAN Party will be held on the 6th of August and will go from 1PM to 11PM.
There will be all sorts of food and drinks included in the price of admission which is only $10.
This particular LAN Party is fancy dress themed so come in your best suit (preferably with top hat and monocle!).
So if you feel like having a good time with a bunch of friendly people search “Twelve25 LAN” on Facebook or call Twelve25 on 8253 9928 and ask for Bob.
