Villara recently presented changes in Title 24 regulations to Lennar Corporation and it went smashingly! The presentation covered EDR v. KTDV (metrics of defining energy usage in homes), looked at various options for energy features and discussed new code requirements.

Villara broke down several package options for them and showed where they could find some amazing cost savings; all while keeping the 3 C’s (Constructability, Cost and Customer Appreciation) in mind.
