We are based on a multi-acre site in Lydney,

Gloucestershire, just a short distance from

the main south-west motorway network.

Our production facilities are equipped with

all the necessary elements to manufacture

products to the very highest of standards.

All processes are completed in-house

from initial Solidworks designs through to

assembly and paint finishing.

This brochure outlines many of the units

we have designed and built. However, this

Welcome to NewSpace

All NewSpace units are manufactured from high-quality 1.6mm mild steel or 2.0mm Corten steel. Roofs can be made from 1.5mm Zintec galvanised steel. Flooring, walls, heating, lighting, electrics etc., can be configured to clients’ own specifications.

We can build units up to 14.5 metres (48’) long, 4 metres (13’) wide and 3.5 metres (11’) high.

We also limit the risk of condensation with the use of BASF ElASTOSPRAY® - 1629/1 Polyurethane (Pu) Rigid Spray Thermal Insulation (Fire rating: EN 13501-1 Class 1), see page 46.

Plus a wide variety of exterior cladding is available.

encouraged the introduction of a 2 Pack Direct to Metal Gloss

Finish for a much lengthier level of protection and improved

aesthetics.

We have already enjoyed a material saving based on best

practices and correct tip sizes along with installing two heated

units which provides the material at a consistent viscosity

regardless of weather conditions and temperature.

The overall feature of using these systems is a quality, long

lasting and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
