Stone at the San SebastianFilm Festival

On the third day of theSan Sebastian International

Film Festival, John Travolta

and Oliver Stone picked upthe Donostia Lifetime

Achievement Awards.

They received their awards

from Benecio Del Toro, as

all three were in San

Sebastian to accompany the

film Savages.On the one hand,

Travolta was commended

for his international success

as a pop icon and the

festival showed key scenes

from his film career.

Benecio Del Toro described

In our opinion, we have been born in a country that is in peace. Everyday we ask

for things that we want, like computer games, clothes, a new car, a bigger housebut in other countries, the only thing that they want is the peace, and the

disappearing of the weapons.

The worst side of the wars is that those who start the wars dont fight in them, and

their families dont die in the war either; and the wars will continue, if the colour

of the skin is more important than the human beings.
