This software company has an absolute "open work" style´: employees can start their work at

having meeting in Nexocial is amazingly relaxed. Bailing Zhao told me that people always have

organize the meeting for our small company, we are as flexible as possible,¶ said by Bailing.
As I asked Hugo why he prefers µTeahouse Meeting¶ so much, he asked me with smile ³Do you
like to have meeting at office? Do you like your boss to point out your mistake at the meeting
room? I do not like it, so I think others might not like it either.´
He told me that the Teahouse is a relaxing place where you can have a nice tea and at the
same time talk about work just like chatting with your friends, especially it is easier to accept
that people point our your mistake and give you suggestion, compared with the office
environment.
He said that this management model can make work and life balanced, which he learnt from
Microsoft called µNew world of work¶, and he encouraged more Chinese companies to try this
new management model.
Jingbo Yang said, inother software companies, and he may only bring 40% -50% of hisabilityinto play,but in here, his ability can contribute 100% -120%, "20% of the excess is something
that I get fromsomething Inever knew before."Hugo also said: If the employees have a variety of
experience, and they can see the problem from different angles, then the company can adapt to
the social trends which is changing rapidly.
