Your local Nexus Leisure Centres are running courses and children’s activities throughout the summer holidays and this brochure contains everything you need to keep the kids active. To book simply contact reception at the centre of your choice.

Chiltern Active Zone informationEach activity is a drop in session where you can just turn up and pay at reception. Every day you can choose up to four FUN activities. It is advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Programme subject to change

Fit Zone is a kids fitness session designed to teach

them the importance of exercise. It is FREE to

anyone that has attended a session during the day.

Activity Descriptions

Art Zone Fun with lots of paint, plasticine, glue & glitter to make pictures to match the theme of the week.

Ball Sports A chance to improve your ball skills!

Building Zone Children will get creative, building set objects from junk, Lego and tech card.

Challenge Zone Use your brain and teamwork to overcome obstacle courses and various challenges.

Clue Zone Team games, quizzes, play the games,win the clues to the gold, silver & bronzemedals.

Flight Zone A selection of games using a parachute.

Food Zone Fun with food. Children will be discovering different foods and learn the importance of healthy eating.

Game Zone Tag, Races, Stuck in the mud.

Gym Pit Funtime Enjoy some games in the foam filled pit.

music Zone Your chance to play games, move to the

music and boogie on down!

Science Zone Children will become mad scientists for the day as they try out weird and wacky scientific experiments.. .

Skin diving The PADI Skin Diver course is an easy way for those interested in exploring the underwater world using skin diving (snorkelling) equipment.
