SECTION1. Asfossilfuelsareadying,dangerous,andtoxicsourceofenergy,theiruseassuch2

willbeconcludedgradually,withinasetamountoftime.3

SECTION2. Fossilfuelsarepredictedtorunoutwithinthenext50years.Theyare,inmostall4

cases,highlyexplosiveanddangeroustohandle.Theyare,inmostcases,athreatto5

theenvironmentwhenburned,duetoCO 2andothertoxicgassesreleasedfrom6

use.Theuseoftheseresourceswillbelimitedmoreandmoreover5year7

incrementsstartingin2015,andwillultimatelyleadtoatotalconclusionofnational8

producersofspecialpurposemachineryandvehicleswillberequiredtoproduce22

onlyhybrid/alternativeenergy-powereddevices,AND,allenergyproviderswillbe23

requiredtoproduce50%ofallenergythoughhybrid/alternativemethodsby2035.24
