ABOUT NGG GATHERING COMPANY LLC, BARNETT GATHERING COMPANY LLC, AND THE ENDEAVOR ENERGY RESOURCES LP

NGG Gathering Company LLC, Barnett Gathering Company LLC, and the Endeavor En-ergy Resources LP are affiliated pipeline companies headquartered in Midland, Texas. The affiliated pipeline companies operate as natural gas gathering pipeline systems. The gathering systems consist of numerous gathering laterals used to collect produc-tion from natural gas wells and deliver to transmission pipelines operated by others. The NGG Gathering Company LLC pipeline is approximately 10 miles in length primarily consisting of 10 inch pipe located in Denton County. The Barnett Gathering LLC pipeline is a 6 inch pipe approximately 1 mile in length located in Denton, County. The Endeavor Energy Resources LP pipeline is an 8 inch pipe approximately 4 miles in length located in Ellis, County.

WHAT DOES NGG GATHERING COMPANY LLC, BARNETT GATHERING COMPANY LLC, AND THE ENDEAVOR ENERGY RESOURCES LP DO IF A LEAK OCCURS?

It is the policy of the company to take the necessary actions required to safeguard employees and the public from emergency conditions. In the event of an emergency, Company personnel will take prompt action to minimize hazards to life and/or property. Company personnel will work with public officials, and emergency responders to protect the public and ensure that the public is alerted that an emergency condition exists. Actions may include an emergency shutdown of the pipeline, a reduction of pressure on the system, and/or other steps to minimize any actual or potential hazard.

MAINTAINING SAFETY AND INTEGRITY OF PIPELINES

We are committed to safe and regulatory compliant operations of pipeline assets. Our goal for these assets is that they be operated and maintained so that no acci-dents occur. A well marked pipeline route and frequent surveillance by company representatives are used to identify and stop potential dangers such as encroach-ment or construction activities on pipeline right-of-way. Incumbent with achieving this goal is the development and implementa-tion of a Public Awareness Program, and its membership in the one call system.

Leak Type: Gas

Vapors:Lighter than air and will generally rise and dissipate. May gather in a confined space and travel to a source of ignition.

Product Hazards:Will be easily ignited by heat, sparks or flames and will form explosive mixtures with air. Vapors may cause dizziness or asphyxiation without warning and may be toxic if inhaled at high concentra-tions. Contact with gas or liquefied gas may cause burns, severe injury and/or frostbite.
