IPC Welded Wire Mesh introduction

IPC Welded Wire Mesh is a combination of horizontally and transversely placed cold-drawn wires at right angles to each other.

The joints of the wires are then welded automatically by the principle of combining melting and pressurizing, to uniformly create high strength high quality wire mesh.

Depending on the span of the deck panel, temporary propping may be needed when constructing IPC-DECK. Following is some advice of propping methods.

Stocking IPC-DECK panels, to prevent moist and create ventilation

NOTES WHILE FILLING CONCRETE FOR COMPOSITE MATERIAL WITH IPC-DECK

Do not directly step on the panels as they could be deformedPlace hard boards above for walking surface

Start raking as soon as the concrete is poured out
