Order Process Manual Booklet
• Only start with order processing when you have the item on hand and ready to send out
• Please process your order(s) strictly from Step 1 to 6. Do not skip any step(s) or stop with the process halfway through
• Do not process the order if Payment mode: SevenElevenAddress:
- Missing Unit Number- 7-11- Changi Airport- PO Box- Pop station- Restricted area and Protected places

Choose Ninja Van Marketplace and click Create Package & Next

Ninja Van Shipping Labels a.k.aTA-Q-BIN Airway Bills.
Print out and paste on the parcel for efficient delivery.
COD orders will be indicated on the shipping label for Ninja Van to collect cash amount.
Pack the package and insert in the return label (excluding non-returnable items)
STEP 3: PRINT SHIPPING LABELS – MULTIPLE ORDERS UNDER SAME CUSTOMER
** Shipping labels are for each individual order
Different tracking IDs for different orders, will not reflect as Delivered
Do not pack 1 order into separate parcels. Ninja Van can only recognize each shipping label once and traceability will be lost if there are more than one item to the same waybill.
ZALORA will not be liable if you have packed them in this manner and cannot be found.
STEP 4: CHANGE STATUS TO READY TO SHIP
Lastly, Click Ready to Ship Tracking ID will be automatically generated in the system. Ninja Van will receive the pick up request automatically and will pick up the parcel on
the next day 9am-6pm. No need to fill up any pickup request form. Please refrain from setting your order to R2S on a Friday night if a weekend pick up is
not feasible. Ninja Van does not have Sunday/PH pickups
• In case of a failed pickup, kindly email [email protected] to request for a reschedule
• If your warehouse/shop is not open during weekends, kindly do not set the status to Ready to Ship on Friday**
