All Our Kin is pleased to invite you to our Ninth Annual Family Child Care Conference: Wonder: Fostering Wonder, Curiosity and Joy in Young Children. This year we offer a series ofwonder-filled and informative workshops that explore children’s natural desire to learn. How canwe support children’s positive approaches to learning and foster a lifelong love of learning? Howdo we model wonder, awe, curiosity, creativity, motivation, and flexibility—characteristics of successfullearners? Join us for the day to connect and build relationships with other family child care providersand learn how you can foster wonder in your own life and in the lives of the children in your program.

As you register, please keep in mind the following:

SPACES ARE LIMITED! Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given tolicensed family child care providers. All registrations must be received by the registration deadline of Monday,April 14.

You will be assigned to one workshop per session. Please carefully fill out the registration form,letting us know your first choice for each session. We will do our best to assign you to the workshopsof your choice; however, we cannot guarantee assignments.

Niyonu Spann: Be the Change

Niyonu Spann is a widely-recognized consultant to organizations and in-dividuals on the use of creativity as the foundation of successful enter-prises. She founded 4 Circles Beyond in 1994 to nurture justice andpeace in schools and urban communities. Through educational pro-grams, publications and neighborhood projects, 4 Circles Beyond em-powers urban children and adults to engage with their communities andtrains community leaders to nurture wholeness and identify and abolishsystems of injustice. She also launched CEIO in 2012 with philanthropistBill Graustein. CEIO applies the principles of unity and alignment at the

heart of Niyonu’s work to local organizations. CEIO helps these organizations crystallize and re-alize their mission, increase inclusivity, and change their communities. She is the founder anddirector of Tribe1, an ensemble of singers, poets and drummers who perform music and move-ment to inspire the human spirit. Since 1994, Tribe1 has toured nationally and abroad, per-forming concerts and leading workshops at festivals, conferences and universities.
