Japanese company that was founded in 1916 as the rst
industrial explosives manufacturer in Japan under the
company name Nippon Kayaku Seizo Co., Ltd.. Its main
business areas are functional chemicals, pharmaceuti-
cals, safety systems and agrochemicals.
It has 8 plants and 4 laboratories in Japan. It also has
subsidiaries in different countries around the world.

Polyester & Cotton-Viscone dyeing in One Bath
These reactive dyes are characterized by their short time exhaustion at high
temperatures (110-130C) at a neutral pH (pH6,5-7,5).This special property makes
it possible to dye polyester/cotton blends using a one-bath dyeing method in
combination with Disperse Dyes which able to tolerate a neutral bath containing
salt.

Neutral Dyes Release No Hydrochloric Acid KAYACELON REACT dyes have the same shade, color fastness and binding
strength as monochlorotriazine (MCT) hot dyeing type reactive dyes because
they contain the identical chromophore.
The difference is that the reactive group 3-Carboxy pyridinio-s-triazine is used
in place of chlorine.
At the end of the cycle, KAYACELON REACT dyes release nicotinic acid (Niacin)
which is the water-soluble vitamin B3. Conventional MCT reactive dyes release
hydrochloric acid which must be neutralized in the wastewater treatment area
before discharge into the efuent.

Poliester & Pamuk-Viskon Tek Banyoda BoyamaBu reaktif boyalar, ntr pH deerinde (pH 6,5-7,5) yksek scaklklarda
(110-130C), ksa ekim sresi ile karakterize edilmitir. Bu zel zellik
poliester/pamuk karmlarnn tek banyo boyama metodunu kullanarak dispers
boyarmaddeler ile tuz ieren ntral bir banyoda boyanmasn mmkn klar.
Tek banyo sistemin boyama zamann %50 orannda azaltr.
