Welcome - from Anthony BeardsellIt is my pleasure to introduce you to our online NLP training.

I have been conducting trainings in NLP since 2001, and have had the pleasure of training people from all over the world in this fascinating and absorbing subject. I am delighted that since 2010 we have been able to extend the reach of our NLP trainings by delivering online versions of all our popular NLP certification courses.

We make use of a cutting edge training system - We will train you using a training style that encompasses all four preferred learning styles

In our NLP Trainers course we teach a training system called the NLP 4-Mat system. This training system is designed to address the needs of all learners by answering the questions, “Why should I learn this?” “What is it? “How do I do it/use it?” “What if I could use it for this…?”

We practice what we teach and this is the training system that we use for each module on each of our NLP trainings.

For each of the dozens of training subjects on your course we will explain via video, why you need to know the subject, what it is, what context it fits in with the rest of your learning, what it can be used for, how it is used (using demos and a full explanation, plus the processes and techniques are explained in the manuals), how you can use it, and we get you to experiment with it and report your experiences to us.

How does the online training work?Our online NLP Training is provided to you via a Learning Management System (LMS), which is a database of training material held on our servers at Excellence Assured.

In order to ensure that you have the best possible learning experience and that you can learn in a way that suits your preferred learning style the course material is provided in several formats.

Each of our courses has the following:

• Course manual (PDF Documents) which you can download and print off if required, so that you can make notes as you learn. Our manuals include - Processes, Demonstration of Techniques, Diagrams, Exercises, Tables.

• Audio (MP3 audio files) which you can listen to online and

• Video (MP4 files) which you can view online via your unique login. Presented by your personal coach and trainer, Anthony Beardsell. • Exercises - The best way to learn is to do and we provide you with optional exercises for each module. Practice what you have learned and you will retain the material with ease.

Certification Requirements and Tutorial Support

When you register on the course, you will be allocated a course tutor who will be available to provide support to you as you complete your course.

In order to gain your professional NLP certification you will be required to complete Module Feedback Summaries as you progress through the course. The Module Feedback Summaries are written learning summaries that you will email to us and which will demonstrate your learning and competence in each module. We call these summaries Self Reflection exercises.

One of the best ways to ensure that any learning is fully integrated and to improve knowledge retention is to write about what you are learning, write about it and reflect on your thoughts as you learn. This is what our Self Reflection exercises are all about.

It is our aim to ensure that each of our participants achieves the required level of competence in order to achieve certification standards. With this in mind your tutor will review your Module Feedback Summaries and provide their own feedback to you where they consider necessary.

Our process for certification is as follows:We will register you on the course when we have received payment and will then send you your login details which you will use to access our e-Learning portal.  Within the portal you will find your course manual, videos, audios and background reading recommendations.

We normally recommend that our delegates run through the material a couple of times at least until they are familiar with it. During one of your run throughs you will complete the self reflection exercises as you go along. You should complete the Module Feedback Summaries as you complete each module on the course. In this way you are coached through the course by a combination of learning, demonstration, exercises, self reflection and feedback.

Of course we want you to complete your course at your own pace, so there is no deadline for completion of the exercises and you finish the course when you are ready.

Your tutor will gage your learning progress though the exercises that you send in to us and by the application and demonstration of your knowledge as you progress.

This process continues until you have reached the required standard and then we will issue you with your signed certificate, which will be sent to you by post.

Your course contains 14 modules and within each module there are a number of videos. In total there are over 70 videos. The videos present your subjects to you in a coaching style, with your trainer, Anthony Beardsell guiding you through each one.

Eliminating Negative Emotions and Limiting Decisions

During this section of the training we will assist you in releasing any fear that you may have or any other negative emotion about presenting or standing up in front of an audience. We will take you through a powerful process that will enable you to leave behind your fears and past

decisions that have limited you in achieving your potential as a trainer or presenter or indeed in any other area of your life.

The Training State

Multiple Embedded Metaphors

You may have heard of these multiple embedded metaphors before. Some comedians (Ronnie Corbett amongst others) use them to engage their audience. They are otherwise known as metaphor loops or nested loops. We teach you how to use these techniques to create

states of anticipation, excitement, curiosity, motivation in your audiences, to immeasurably enhance your presentations and trainings so that you communicate as a true master.

4-MAT Training SystemDeveloped by Bernice McCarthy originally for use in the education sector, this training system, as described earlier, has been adopted by NLP and it allows us to ensure that we satisfy the learning demands each member of our audience. It is a system that youcan use for delivering any subject and you will learn how to use it to design and deliver superb presentations at the drop of a hat.

Working the Stage

During this section of the training we introduce you to the NLP Satir Categories. These Satirs are a series of actions and poses that NLP Trainers use to animate and bring alive our presentations. They are used to gain influence over an

In this section you will learn a presentation technique called the Charisma pattern. This pattern originated from the study of many of history’s great orators, Martin Luther King, Mandela, Churchill etc. We will give you the language patterns and techniques that they used to demonstrate such charisma in their speeches.

Self Reflection Exercises and tutorial support

Throughout the course we have placed a number of self reflection exercises. These exercises are designed to assist you in integrating the knowledge and skills from the course into your life and work.Science tells us that when we put pen to paper and write down our thoughts it can provide us with huge benefits:

• It significantly improves your recall. Writing something down is a direction to your unconscious mind that the thing that you are writing about is important "I need to remember this". Your unconscious mind will respond to positive instruction.

• It enables you to work through your thoughts, thus releasing the need to have them stored consciously. The more that you write down the less that you have to store in your conscious memory. Our brains can only deal with so many things at once, so writing things down frees up your mind for new learnings.

• Your brain learns quickly by making associations. When you learn something new your brain will attempt to simplify what you are learning by making associations with what you have learned in the past. It will look out for similarities and patterns that are familiar so that it can predict the results. This process of association is dramatically advanced by reviewing your learning through the process of note taking.

You may complete these self reflections in your own time and submit them to your allocated course tutor for review. In addition to the benefits above, this allows us to judge the progress of your learning and the standards of practice that you have achieved.

Assessed Presentations and Demonstration

Once you have gone through the course a few times and had plenty of practice at the various techniques then you will be ready to do your assessed presentations and demonstration.

You will either record your presentations and demonstration via webcam or present them live to your tutor via Skype (you will agree this with you tutor). Your tutor will assess your presentations and demonstration and provide feedback.
