Shells of mortars in Aleppo and in thecountryside of Damascus

Many citizens were killed be-cause of mortar shells werered on their homes in Aleppo,in the countryside of Damascusand in Deir Ezzor, where thesources talked about the kill-ing of two citizens surround-ing the Mosque of AL-Abbarain the middle of Aleppo, threekilled in al-Shamalna Neigh-borhood in al-Sayidda ZainabRegion in the countryside ofDamascus, in addition to ma-terial damage.

Dr. Kinda Shamatstressed during the opening of the course on the need forrehabilitation a trainee specialist cadre has sufcient ex-perience to manage the centers of temporary residenceand a mechanism to deal with residents, she drew thatthe ministry is currently working on a comprehensiveassessment of the work of NGOs, especially that theministry is about to issue new legislation to control the

work of these associations in a scientic way.
