CONSTRUCTION
1) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VISIT THE SITE AND RECORD EXISTING
CONDITIONS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF WORK. NO CHANGE ORDERS
WILL BE ISSUED DUE TO IGNORANCE OF VISIBLE CONDITIONS.
2) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REVIEW DRAWINGS AND SITE CONDITIONS. ANY
DISCREPANCIES SHALL BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY BEFORE STARTING WORK.
3) ALL WORK SHALL CONFORM TO NEW YORK CITY BUILDING CODE AND
ALL REGULATORY GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AND UTILITIES.
4) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN ALL REQUIRED WORK PERMITS AND

AND OR REMOVALS. ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES INCURRED DURING
WORK WILL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILTY.
9) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL GUARANTEE ALL WORK FOR ONE YEAR AFTER
COMPLETION AND FINAL APPROVAL. ANY DEFECTS REPORTED WITHIN THIS
PERIOD SHALL BE REPAIRED TO OWNER'S SATISFACTION AT THE
CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE.
10) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN THE CONSTRUCTION SITE FREE AND
CLEAR OF CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS AND KEEP UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS
FROM ENTERING ON A DAILY BASIS.
11) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CLEAN ALL AREAS OF WORK UPON
COMPLETION OF PROJECT. ALL NEW WORK SHALL BE FREE OF DEFECTS
AND IN PROPER WORKING ORDER.
ELECTRICAL
1) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY THE SERVICE FOR THE
NEW LOAD. SHOULD ADDITIONAL SERVICE BE REQUIRED THE CONTRACTOR
SHALL SUBMIT A REPORT AND INCLUDE THE COST FOR THE ADDITIONAL
SERVICE AND ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS FROM THE UTILITY.
2) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ALL REGULATORY AGENCIES AND CODE REQUIREMENTS.
3) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SECURE AND INCLUDE THE COSTS FOR PERMITS,
AND INSPECTIONS AS REQUIRED BY THE REGULATORY AGENCIES AND UTILITIES.
4) THE ELECTRICAL WORK IS TO BE FILED UNDER A SEPARATE APPLICATION

5) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE ALL CUTTING AND DRILLING AS REQUIRED
FOR THE INSTALLATION. ALL ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN
WALL CAVITIES UNLESS NOTED ON PLANS.
6) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE ALL ELECTRICAL ITEMS DESIGNATED
ON DEMOLITION PLANS OR WHICH ARE NO LONGER BEING USED FOR THE
NEW CIRCUITRY. ALL EXISTING AND NEW ELECTRICAL ITEMS SHALL BE
TESTED AND VERIFIED FOR COMPLIANCE.
PLUMBING
1) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SECURE ALL PERMITS AND ALL INSPECTIONS AS
REQUIRED BY THE REGULATORY AGENCIES. ALL PLUMBING WORK SHALL
COMPLY WITH STATE AND LOCAL AND NATIONAL CODES.
2) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SECURE AND INCLUDE THE COSTS FOR PERMITS,
AND INSPECTIONS AS REQUIRED BY THE REGULATORY AGENCIES AND UTILITIES.
3) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE ALL CUTTING AND DRILLING AS REQUIRED
